Great Italian food & hip atmosphere with live music. Got to meet Dominic the owner & had a very attentive waitress Rosie. It was a great Anniversary Dinner & we will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious! Bread is so good, we got some to go. And my chicken with capers, mushrooms, and lemon was phenomenal! My friend said her chicken parmesan was very good, too!!

This was a great, quaint place to stop for supper. The atmosphere was casual and warm. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The service was amazing! Really appreciated Mary who looked after us for dinner. Truly, a Torch Lake gem!

Food was good and the entertainment is great. He does a great job and place has a great vibe with the music and people dancing. It’s great to see local places do well! The two dishes below were fantastic.

Johnny’s Torch Riviera is an amazing re-boot of a timeless atmosphere on the lake. It’s affordable, the vibe is lively and friendly, and service is nothing short of exemplary! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently moved to the area, and the menu looked good so my husband and I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised! Our server Rosey was very sweet, and prompt. One of our orders (a pizza) was ready before the other (fresh pasta) and she brought out the pizza so it wouldn't sit around getting cold and I really appreciated that. When we ordered drinks she brought them quickly and asked if we wanted more a few times (appropriate timing not to the point of being over bearing and annoying), which I also really appreciate. I got a margarita, and it was delicious. We ordered calamari for an appetizer, and there was a LOT!!! We are big eaters, but we couldn't finish it all. I felt like the prices were fair for the location and the type of food they offer. I will likely be back for more!

Had a great dinner last night. The whitefish was excellent as was the lasagna.. The portions were generous. Good service, too. Good casual up north vibe.

We had dinner here a couple of weeks ago and it was great. Our waiter Cameron, did a great job as I believe he was the only person on serving the entire dining area with multiple tables. He was very polite and the food was great for the price. We will definitely be back!

Had lunch on a Sunday afternoon in March. Had heard mixed reviews from friends so had stayed away. We had a fantastic meal. Granted there were only 2 other couples in the restaurant, but service was excellent and our grilled sandwiches were very tasty, and huge. The salads that accompanied them were fresh and also tasty. Drinks were also refilled promptly. We will be back!

Had the Valentines special for two. Unbelievably good. NY strip, 2 perfectly cooked lobster tails, 4 perfectly cooked shrimp/,scampi style, creamy scalloped potatoes, crab stuffed mushrooms and fabulous grilled asparagus with a chocolate lava cake with ice cream. All for $70. Jody said they wanted to do something nice for the community. Wow! Our server was fantastic. What a great evening. Will certainly go back and bring friends.

Everyone at Nico's is very welcoming and friendly. We were there on Thursday night and there was live music that was really good. The best part of all though has got to be the cuisine. Anything from the menu will not disappoint you. We were with a group of 6 and everyone felt their dinner was outstanding. I would also add that the menu prices were very reasonable. This place is right next to torch lake. We were exhausted and hungry and decided to give this place a try. First thing, there's free parking. 2nd, there's a sign on the door that says be kind before entering the reastrant. This made me so happy because not everyone has been friendly up north the weekend my family and I visited. The host immediately greeted us and made us feel like we belonged and he was happy we were there. The wait staff was so knowledgeable and kind to us and helped us with ordering food due to our dietary restrictions. When the food arrived, it was amazing! All four of us ordered different things and everything was absolutely delicious! We got the salmon dish, seafood stew, shrimp Alfredo, pizza, and brucheta. The basket of hot soft bread with butter when you sit down was so good we inhaled it in seconds. Overall service and food was top notch. Love the people and atmosphere you guys were phenomenal 👏

Amazing, top notch food (without having to wear a tie). After trying my entrée, we had to trade around the table to see if all the choices were as good, and they were. I'm from the Grand Rapids area, where there are a lot of food choices, so I've tried most of them. There's something very special about the food here though. It makes ucellos seem like McDonald's for sure. Go for the food because everything we tried seems to have come from very talented people over a long period of time. The food was just that perfect taste. Thanks! I can't wait to eat there again.

Amazing food. They make everything from scratch, homemade. EV 👏🏻 ER 👏🏻 Y 👏🏻 THING 👏🏻. Including the ketchup. Best ketchup I've ever had. My wife and I ended up ordering two apps, two entrees, and a pizza just so we could try as much as possible. Every bit of it was delicious. The owner/chef clearly loves what they do.

Food was good, would visit again when back in the area.
Update. Went back in this past weekend and just as good as always. Meet friends in there for dinner and to catch up. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Went in for the mother's day brunch and it was excellent. Definitely going back in when we come back to town.
