Dwayne at the Walmart auto center treated me great! Every time I go in he’s very friendly and easy to work with. Great guy, I will definitely be back. That kinda service isn’t common now a days keep him around. They did tires on my 2001 Mustang today and did tires for my mom’s vehicle a week or 2 ago. Great prices and Dwayne gave great service both visits.

Excellent customer service. Manager asked me quite a bit about my car, what I needed for tires, what price range, and overall have excellent advice on my snow tread needs.

Strive was fast, efficient. I really liked the text updates I got from the department while I was shopping. I even got a call from the manager letting me know my front 2 tires were already new, just needed back tires, saved me a little $$!

At check out I liked how staff offered roadside hazard on my tires, explaining the value for someone for only$10 a tire- made total sense.

You can tell the garage area is well maintained and kept fairly tidy. The entire process was extremely efficient, and I didn't feel like just because I'm female they tried to take advantage I was treated the same way a make customer was who was in the store.

The manager, Kevin seemed really knowledgeable and level headed. I felt he answered my questions with both knowledge and confidence. The other 2 guys working also were very professional.

The tire auto center is located around the back of the stores, so you drive by curbside driver, then by back delivery area, then around to auto center. I wish there was an exit only out to the road from there, but nothing to do with this auto center! I'll be back for more services. Thank you!

They did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation. I shopped while waiting and they texted me when the car was ready.

Always done what I needed! This is where I've gone for my tires for the past 5 years. Always get insurance on your tires here. It has saved me thousands already. They're generally pretty fast too.

5 Stars Stopped going to this Walmart auto tire shop many years ago because of so many complaints. Went in this past week because i was desperate, car battery was dying. Bought a new battery, they installed it FREE. Dealer wanted $65 to install a battery.
What shocked me,people were friendly and professional in this garage. Got told a new crew of Walmart employees are now working in this shop. Walmart got rid of the dead weight. Saw this sign on the door:

Did what I wanted with no questions. Called for appointment and got right in. Performed awesome job with mounting and balancing. No shake whatsoever on the highway. That means a lot to me.

Fast to get me into an appt slot before they closed the day of Call for Inquiry for Tire Change.
