JC Penney is the only store in town to find quality and age appropriate clothing. Even better when you find exactly what you're looking for and it's on sale!

Went to JC Penny's in Waterville, Maine to pick up a Backpack for my 9yr old we ordered online for the school year. At first the customer service line was getting very long and the lady there (short caucasian with pink shirt and short hair cut) was doing thr best she could to keep the line moving. Then this young "African American" with a bit of an accent came up to the registers to help and I must say, he was "PHENOMINAL" Hyesi I believe is his name I may have hacked his name up but he took my order number off my cell phone and came back with my order promptly and without any issues. VERY courteous and professional. He deserves recognition and commendation for the way he handled the customer before me and after me... I stuck around tolook at body wash clearance and listened to him. Ive seen people twice his age with much less customer service skills. It is because of Hyesi that I will be returning to JCP Waterville to shop. :).

Went shopping for towels initially, $250 later... You can find a lot of bargains there. The small appliances and kitchen section was very impressive. The staff was very pleasant. Been shopping at this location since it opened and will continue. A very nice store.

They exactly what we wanted and a great price. It was my first time here but I will return! The workers were friendly and helpful as well.

The staff is always nice. The place is always organized and clean. Easy to find items and they do have some nice deals too. If you are looking for something, swing by jc penny and give a looksie too because you never know. You may find your diamond in the rough!!!

I've been shopping here for about 20 years now, and this place has decidedly improved with time. The store layout itself has also changed in the past few years, with a large conglomeration of clearance items where the men's used to be. They removed one cashier desk over where men's used to be to make way for more women's clothes, but the checkout process is still speedy and the staff is still friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well; I walked out of the store today with 7 Arizona cotton polos and a hoodie for $25. Best clothing store chain in Waterville.

This store had a great selection of womens clothes and in all the sizes. Prices were excellent plus I used a 25% coupon. Bargains galore!

Chelsea and Carson were extremely helpful as I tried on several suit coats and pants, trying to find ones that matched and fit properly. Great job at the end of the night.

I miss this store a lot I have a special needs child(older person ) with a child like mind (so awesome) but this store we can walk in pick something out ,and she does not have to try on , which could be an issue
