I am so thankful for Torch Lake Vet, Dr. Alejandro and Dr. Waffle along with the rest of the staff!! We take all 3 of our dogs to them and they are always caring and helpful! Most thankful for the recent treatment of our Tanner and removal of his cancer and giving our boy a longer life! We are forever grateful!

Such a wonderful practice. Down to earth but professional. I've taken my fur baby here for many, many years now.

Torch lake vet clinic has been there for us in 2 emergency situations with our dog. They have been empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable in each situation. We appreciate the love and care they’ve given our baby, they care about him just like we do!

Dr. Waffle is very knowledgeable and caring and Valerie, the office manager is great to work with. The office has gone through some changes since we’ve been going there which resulted in a communication error. Dr. Waffle and Valerie resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

4/3/24. Today, I met Dr. Castro and a whole new group of employees. He's cool! And I'm so pleased that they are here. There's something special about people who care for animals.

They were able to clip my 123lbs German shepherd's nails who I thought would have had to be sedated but nope. 14.oo$s

No matter how difficult a pet you have, they can get their nails cut here! I sure appreciate the dedication from the staff.

I attended the County rabies immunization clinic last week, taking our 3 dogs for their shots in preparation for licensing. Prices were affordable and the system set-up was super efficient. The staff at TLVC is first rate and any time I have had to take a sick pup, they answer all questions and I leave knowing what to do, what to expect and much more at ease. They all go the extra step in caring for pets and anxious owners. Further, nothing feels contrived/fake... they truly seem to care. I truly appreciate this place, and only wish my own personal physician was as warm, caring, and backed by staff who smile when they wait on patients. Healthcare would improve rapidly and profoundly if they would model the medical practice after this vet clinic. Cheers!

You can see immediately how much everyone loves animals!!! I never worry that I am not getting good advice and that my babies aren’t being taken care of! Sadie does such a wonderful job keeping them beautiful and smell good!!! Thank you so very much!!!

They did a great job with both of my dogs for grooming.

Fantastic staff! Dr. Waffle is fantastic with both my dogs. She really is easy to talk to and had a fantastic bed side manner. We love her and so do Chewy and Iggy!🤗

She has been our vet for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping not just the animals but their humans as well. Very up to date on the latest technologies but also believes in good old common sense type treatments.

I took our Puppy in to get spayed, but our vet there determined she had a UTI and we need to wait. I'm really glad they looked her over thoroughly before preforming surgery!

Friendley, informative, Doc Waffle is one smart cookie. They do grooming, accupunture, and anything else needed to keep your critter healthy. I send all my friends there.

First time at this clinic, and I had a very good experience. I was able to get in quickly, and the Dr and staff were very friendly.
