The facility has easy access. All of the personnel that I worked with we're courteous and professional. Dr. Chang was engaging and thorough during her evaluation of my injuries. She listened to my concerns and gave me a realistic plan to heal and get back to work.

Rude costumer service and didn't even get a service done because of the wait. (There was no one in the waiting room) I waited an hour and said I'm done and left I also made an appointment before coming in. Kaiser has gotten so lazy after COVID started and I'm so sick of that excuse.

There’s a reason why this is probably the worst rated medical clinic you’ve ever seen. Professionalism and service completely lacking. None of the staff are equipped to provide the care they are tasked with. A mistake the doctor made on a crucial form is causing me to miss out on work. No accountability or understanding from the office. I’m sure I make a lot less money than the damn MD as well.

What’s the point of having insurance when Kaiser doesn’t even prescribe you medication when you’re deathly sick with Covid??? Calling Kaiser nurses they wouldn’t get back to me for days and when they did return calls they would say oh just come into the ER if you’re feeling that bad. Like I’m telling them I’m having severe cough and headache and otc medication is not enough and the most simplest solution Is prescribing me cough syrup yet I guess that’s too much to ask for which brings me back to my Why question. Why have insurance when they don’t help you out when you’re actually sick

Since everyone is on strike and they have only two pharmacies open i sat waiting for my sons inhalers for over two hours to find out they didnt even have it in stock.
