I rented the house on 49 Yale St from Summit Properties for 2 years. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional.
First off, EXCELLENT neighbors and neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly, and we had no problems for 2 years with anyone. The house had plenty of rooms with a very spacious fenced in backyard that we enjoyed very much during our stay here. The big thing that we were very impressed with was whenever we had a maintenance issue which was very rare, we immediately got the issue resolved.
Nathan and John are on point and if I didn’t have to move to Grand Rapids, I would be staying here. Overall, I highly recommend this house and Summit Properties to anyone looking for a safe place to live with an outstanding landlord.

Summit Rentals was the best landlords we have ever dealt with! They genuinely care about people, are honest and have integrity. They don’t play games and do what they say they will do. Their houses are beautiful and they are quick to fix any issues that might come up. I would recommend Summit Properties to anyone who is looking to rent in the Battle Creek area!
