This location is top notch. The fold was fresh and plentiful. The wait staff was friendly and professional. The food was good.

Awesome experience at this location. Came in for carryout during peak lunch time and was in and out within a few minutes.
Friendly fast staff and all the food was hot and fresh.
Only thing I noticed that is a little strange is the restrictions on some menu items they have. I did not order either of these options but I would be pretty upset if I had to deal with the out of the ordinary rules.

Amazing food, just the people looked sad who were working the counter. Hope they have a great day though!

I was extremely frustrated with the fact that the Southfield location kept messing up my order every time I used DoorDash. After the fifth time I decided I was just going to call the location and no one would answer my call so I decided to call different location nearby and it happened to be this one in Bingham. I was lucky to get someone like Tykesha to answer the phone who was extremely patient and helpful despite the unpleasant tone in my voice. When I asked for a number to call so I can address the issue, since none of my calls are being answered from the location of which I ordered from. She did not disregard me or my emotional response. Tykesha did not just give me the corporate phone number with no instructions, she let me know what extension number to dial first and then the extension number after that.

(I actually had asked her to put her manager on the phone so I could let them know what an incredible employee they have, turns out she’s actually the manager)

This location is the best in my area. Clean, employees greet you when you come in, takeout is ready when you arrive.

How can one Qdoba surpass all the others with the tastiest food and the highest quality of service? It’s easy. Hire the most conscientious staff with genuine smiles that make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Then watch the magic happen... Thank you for the best bowls each and every time I step foot in the store. Thank you for caring about what you do!!

Well equipped store, with great and fresh food that I usually enjoy, but this last visit the chicken was overcooked, they had no steak with a 30 minute wait on it, and no pulled pork until further notice! Hopefully upon my next visit they'll be back to the good steak and chicken bowls my family and I are used to!

The best time to hit this location up is right after the lunch rush - around 12:45 or 1:00. But the fact that it's busy before then is a testament to the service and quality of the food. If the line looks long, it'll probably go down faster than you think. They also just started stocking Impossible vegan meat alternatives, which is a huge step and really a fantastic move for the company! So if you're looking for vegan fare, this place just got a lot more viable. They're always good about portion sizes too! The convenience of the location (next to a lot of corporate offices and main road) makes it an easy choice as well.

Evertime I order from this location, my food is on time and made exactly how I requested. Thank u staff u do a wonderful job getting peoples orders correct. I actually live near location on Evergreen but they are always out of everything, not clean. Glad for this location

Good customer service!!!! I just need for Qdoba to please bring the Mexican Gumbo back aka Tortilla Soup bowl!!!! That should always be on the menu hands down one of the best meals offered!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience today September 1, 2021 at 5:15 pm. The associates were very nice and helpful. Excellent Customer from Jashawn. 100% better than past experiences.

First time ordering at this location…was surprised they were doing mobile orders only, but the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and had my food ready in 5 min. I definitely owe you guys a tip, so i will be back :) keep up the good work! Thanks!

This Qdoba is always clean and orderly. The manager (Fav) and the staff is always smiling friendly and cordial. There is no other Qdoba I'd visit. I believe everyone I've seen so far represents Qdoba very well.. Good job guys

Foods what you expect, everything is good. Only issue we had was a burrito with no beans got double rice when we didn't ask for double, but I'd always rather them give more just in case than leaving hungry

Recommend the chicken bowl.

Note:
1. their chicken isn't spiced (i prefer that over chipotle)
2.The salsa verde - is not spicy....tastes as though its sweetened chunky applesauce but green. (still good, but get it on the side)
3. I don't recommend the corn chips (felt as though I was eating wood chips, one stabbed me in the gums)
4.Sour cream portions could be better. only a 1 ounce container.

Really enjoyed my meal(bowl). Staff was courteous and friendly. The lady taking my order understood that was my first time in the restaurant and explained everything to me.

Great service, fast, and great portions. Very very fresh food. Delicious. Food was spread evenly in my burrito. thanks to manager charlie and heaven we will be coming back to this location.

I did a mobile order and accidentally chose the wrong location. The manager called over to the Troy store and cancelled my order for me. Great customer service.
