I needed "Help in a Hurry" again after my experience two years ago when Sam came to the rescue. This experience proved to me "when you need help, Call Sam!" Overnight my Apple laptop trac pad went "kaflooie" ! no controls. I called Sam and he gracefully accepted the challenge, with a promise to deliver the repaired laptop within two days! Wonderful. Sam performed beyond my expectations and I have no qualms of referring his marvelous help to anyone who requires it. I had my laptop back and functioning better than before within 1 1/2 days! BRAVO ! Thank You, Sam.

Fantastic place, Sam was amazing and saved me a lot of hassle... Called on Sunday, took my laptop in and Sam fixed it while I waited, lord knows how long the Apple store would have taken, let alone how much. Thank you Sam, you saved me time and money. My cats knocked over my brand new iMac and destroyed the screen. Sam was able to find a replacement and charged a very reasonable price. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of cell phone or computer repair. I cracked my IPhone screen and it was fixed within 1 hour. The prices are great and much more affordable than the quote I received from Apple store and stores nearby. Ask for Sam, he is honest and will make sure you walk away satisfied! I had an accident with my laptop and tried to fix it myself. Needless to say, I needed to find someone that knew what they were doing. My dad recommended Experimax, and from the moment I walked in, Sam made me feel welcome. He assessed the damage and was very transparent in how their process worked and how much things would cost. Within a week I got my laptop back, and it’s working as good as new! Very happy about my experience and would recommend anyone to come here to service their MacBook needs.

Great experience with Sam and Experimax. Took in my 2012 iMac that was no longer working after Apple and MicroCenter said they couldn’t do anything to help me. Sam replaced the hard drive with a new one. Works like brand new. In fact it’s faster than it ever was. Sam also helped with an operating system issue that I was having that was my fault. He was very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend taking your computer there.

Great customer service! Highly recommend checking them out for any Apple product repairs before automatically going to buy a new product. I thought I would go into get a new Mac book, but ended up leaving with knowing I was getting my previous one fixed with more storage... and at a lower cost than I was expecting. It was a win-win! Go check them out!!

Store owner Sam was very patient with my questions and was very helpful. I stated that I want to return tomorrow to allow me to rethink a major purchase. He was understanding and continued to help me understand the MacBook Pro. I bought the computer and it works fantastic! I’m very happy with the help I got and my new used computer that looks like new. If you are going to buy a new Mac, you owe it to yourself to give this store a look. I was very skeptical. But liked what I saw and would buy it again knowing what I know now.

Amazing service! My iPhone 7 screen had been cracked for almost 2 weeks, large fragments of the screen were falling off and a lot of damage had been done, yet they were able to repair my phone within 30 minutes. I have not had any problems since. Highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for future needs!

The owner received my husband & I timely, was very professional, courteous & fast in fixing our telephones. He replaced our bulky case protectors with liquid screen which made our phones look brand new. I highly recommend him & this location; excellent customer service.

This place is AMAZING!!!! Due to limited availability and reservations at the Apple Store I had to find another place to fix my MacBook Air. I was informed by Apple that the issues I was experiencing with my laptop was because of my battery. The battery was replaced but it did not solve the issue with my laptop. The gentleman that worked on my laptop kept it an additional day and did a proper diagnosis which showed it was in fact my charging port and not my battery. The best part is I was not charged the difference for the port repair since I already paid for the battery. I am so fortunate to have come across Experimax. I definitely recommend! I would actually go there before dealing with the hassle of making an appointment with Apple. Prices are also very reasonable!

Sam at Experimax is a true gentleman and really took care of me during an extremely stressful week when my MacPro died right in the middle of two high profile projects, one for Disney and the other for Nissan. Sam went many extra miles to get me back up and running and able to finish my projects on deadline! I’m now a customer for life!

The Apple store is weeks out in appointments due to Covid. I needed my MacBook Pro fixed before vacation. It’s always stressful taking computer to the shop as you never know when the shop is going to scam you. My screen was broke and he could have said the screen needed replacement. Turns out it was just unplugged inside the computer. Let me assure you that this is a place you can trust. Just look at the reviews. In the future if there is a problem with my out of warranty Mac I’m coming here instead of the Apple store. It’s be interesting to come here after getting a quote from the Apple store. I’m certain he would be cheaper.

My husband and I went in looking to purchase a computer. Ramond took very good care of us. Very friendly and catered to our needs. He answered all our questions. We purchased just what was needed.
