Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Had a less than stellar experience across the street with the Lowe’s paint department, so we stopped in to Sherwin-Williams as we needed to pick up paint ASAP. Both associates were super kind, and they got us the paint we needed. It was a custom color, and the cost of the gallon was super expensive. they heard us say we were going to leave it for the next people, and asked what we were using it for. We told them we had some touch ups to do as we were moving soon, and Nick went above and beyond to find our current condo association account to offset the cost of the gallon of paint. Huge thank you to the staff- we really appreciate you turning the day around and helping us out!

The person who helped me answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the swiftness of my experience.

Very helpful and friendly. Prices are high but I think the paint is quality and I wish it was more affordable I think it is worth it.

Sales staff was great to work with and they gave me some excellent advice. Will definitely be back. The paint went on so much better than many of the paints you get at the big box stores.

This location probably has the best service and staff you can ask for. Especially Bobby. Today is Saturday and they close at 6 p.m. I called at exactly 6 p.m. to ask if I can come in there and grab two quick gallons of paint. Not only did he pick up the phone, which many companies wouldn't even pick up the phone at closing time, he told me to come right on in and he would take care of me. When I got there the paint was ready on the counter.
This isn't the first time Bobby gave me great service. Sherwin-Williams should be honored to have such a great employee who actually cares about his job. The girls who work there are awesome too and I always get great service. I love coming to this location.

Very Friendly, and knowledgeable. They were helpful in letting me know I could bring it back to be shook, since its an outdoor project and has been raining every day.

Have been going to this place for my last few paint projects over the last few years. Excellent products, knowledgeable staff. Only downside is the prices are a bit steep...but the paint is clearly the highest quality as compared to other brands.

Great paint. They have a glass mask paint that is great. Paint it on the glass, don't worry about getting on the wood it acts like a prime. I spray painted my French style doors, a lot of glass. When done you cut along the edge and peel off the paint. Glass mask works.

Went there tonight right before closing. Joshua was real helpful and nice to us even though he had worked all day and probably just wanted to go home. He stayed professional and even asked me how my day was...kid deserves a raise and a promotion

This store is excellent!! I was there multiple days and they were so helpful. Kudos to the Store Manager Brian & Assistant Manager Joe. They know their products!! I appreciate the high quality customer service I received, even when the store was closing in 13 minutes.

Your paint is the best. It has great coverage so you don't need nearly as much paint for the job. Also, you don't get runs or dripping like you do with other brands.Very nice to work with.
