Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I worked with both Malcomb and Ibrahim on 1/26/2024 and they both gave EXCEPTIONAL customer service and answered all of my questions about proper maintenance. I made sure to speak to their management about them and how I would absolutely come back just upon the great customer service I received! I had to mention again they were GREAT.

Very professional. Had a young woman leading the team. She was great and knowledgeable. The other team members were very inviting as well

Despite the fact that I was not able to get everything I wanted checked or done because of the kind of vehicle I have. I appreciate the fact that they are always friendly, professional, and fast.
I love how convenient it is. You don't have to get out of the car for most of the services they provide in addition to the oil change service they are known for (for example, tire rotation). If you do, they have a little lobby where you can sit and wait. Also, they don't mind answering questions for some of us who are not auto knowledgeable. Good Service. I would definitely go back.

I came here the other day because I needed air in my tires. My light came on while on the way home from work & this was the nearest from the interstate. The whole experience was awesome. The manager at this store is amazing. She treats her team like family and they operate like best friends. You can tell they love what they do and getting to do it together. It was right at close time but they were still able to get my tires filled for me. I wish I lived in this area, because this one experience would have made me a regular at this Valvoline if it weren't actually 45 mins from my house. As soon as I pulled up, the manager herself greeted me and she was so happy to help. You know you have great management and staff when the experience is so memorable in such a short time spent ❤ If I am ever in this area again, I will return to this location without a second thought!

I was very satisfied with the service provided. I requested a synthetic blend instead of fully synthetic (because the dealership said so) and they accommodated me. They let me see the filters before changing them and even put air in my tires. Great service.

Always a great place to go. If you need a Noyle change or a transmission flush they also strongly suggest fuel treatment which I’ve had many different cars and I can tell you it is a smart choice to do so every so often.

This is the only place I come to get my Oil Changed for the last two years. The staff is courteous, professional and transparent. On my most recent trip, they noticed that my oil filter was over tightened and stripped on the visit before that. They immediately contacted the dealer they work with for my car brand and booked an appointment to get that rectified at no charge to me. This was followed up by a call from the General Manager apologizing for the inconvenience and travelled to the dealership personally to book my appointment when the dealership did not return his call. In this age of unconcerned and uncaring staff, they are a breath of fresh air. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Great service, honest and great customer service. Went at 9.15 and they were quite busy. 2 in front of me. Over an hour until I was out the door, but I don't think it was their fault

Fast, polite, thorough. Took care of me very quickly and found a coupon for me because my other coupon wouldn’t work for the service I was getting done. I get scared going to get my oil changed because I feel stupid but they didn’t make me feel dumb at all.

Manager 9 mile and Coolidge did an excellent job to handle a mistake an employee did with my oil change. She was very professional and kind not seen often and she handled my needs very quickly and effectively. I would return just because of her and the staff working with her each day she handled my needs

Sorry to see negative reviews but I had a great experience today. Tia was the air traffic controller in charge of the show and made sure I was taken care of right. The guys doing the oil change seem to have done it right and they were also friendly and informative. I would go back, just to hang with Tia for a while! Service was also fast and they were happy to take my $12-off coupon. They let me know about other services without pressuring at all. Price was competitive even without the coupon. The coupon made it a great deal.

Chris and his team went above and beyond for my car. Oil change was quick. They even installed my undercarriage engine cover as it was mangled and falling off. An example of excellent customer service.

Super helpful and honest, didn't upcharge me for things I didn't need, and kept me updated on everything they were doing and why.

On June 30, 2022, I visited the Valvoline Instant Oil Change Center on 13300 West 9 Mile Road, Oak Park, MI 48237. I was getting my dad's car ready for the road trip to Huntsville, AL. He has moved here with us (his children). I received top notch service and I told the following people that I would noise it abroad! They are Brenna, Montez, Darius, Rommel and Myron! They were welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and thorough! There was nothing else that they could have done to make the experience any better! I salute them and so should their upper management! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to experience an over the top customer service experience!
