Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love their drive through pick up capability. Every time I order, portions have been generous. One time I had to wait a long time by the window before an employee came to hand me my food (which was done and sitting on a shelf), but other than that it's been great.

Great location, small and the food is fresh. As is with most food service post pandemic..workers are limited, so pay no attention to the Karens on here giving a low review for this place being “filthy” or “dirty”. It’s usually very clean whenever I’ve gone. In peak service times it may get dirty like any restaurant does. This location is awesome! 😎

Love this new location in south Apple Valley. I prefer to order online. My orders are always correct, ready on time, and I love the Chipotlane for drive up.

Be aware that the app does not show the correct location on the map, but if you use the address in your navigation app, it will take you to the correct place.

Whoever blasted Starships by Nicki Minaj deserves a raise. Great atmosphere and customer service.

Giving 5 stars for the employees i saw there. All very friendly and all constantly doing something. Had no issues with the portion sizes. Huge line but I still got in and out in about 10 minutes. Bravo 👏 give your workers a raise. This location is 20x better than Apple valley

I went to Chipotle on a random Wednesday and was greeted by happy people and smiling faces. I asked for the "Burger Special," which is located on their secret menu and tasted like the best burger I've ever had! I think someone named Adam prepared it, nice job! I will definitely be back for my second Chipotle burger experience. :D

This Chipotle is phenomenal. The cooks here really strive for customer satisfaction and great food. I would like to thank Caelan and Alex for their inspiring leadership and making the best of any scenario they faced. I would also like to thank Charlie Kiel for taking his time to help me get napkins and ensuring that I was very happy with the food prepared for me.

Went for dinner last night and the staff was very overwhelmed. Yes, the dining area was messy but as the staff transitioned over to online orders only and managed the long line of people left inside it was clear that management is doing this right for the staff and customers! Our food was excellent and a special shout out to Ranier (sp?) who was taking command of the line and keeping his cool.

Brand new location, literally open for a few days. Some people should relax and give them a chance to work out the kinks. My first takeout order was placed on the shelf at exactly the designated pickup time, and It was a normal portioned, perfectly wrapped burrito.

This is my new favorite chipotle location, it’s so fast and all the ingredients always seem fresh. The drive thru is so great and usually ready in minutes. My only complaint is that sometimes it’s randomly closed inside or not available for online ordering.

Visited on August 21st - couldn't be any happier. A great amount of staff working and all had great professional attitudes! Yeah, it has little messes here and there around the restaurant, but we were just thankful to see the staff working hard to fill customer orders online and in store, and it was great to see them all working together, so we are more than understanding.

The new Chipotle off of Pot Knob was a wonderful ecpetience all around! Excellent service and great Food! Stop by after a long day traveling home from a funeral in Michigan. We were hungry and was nearing Apple Valley/Lakeville and de ided to go to the new CHIPOTLE off of Pilot Knob. We will certainly be back and totally recommend this particular restaurant location!!👍👍😊

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in several years, hated waiting in line and never finding a place to park.. but that was years ago and the downtown Apple Valley location. I didn’t like that Chipotle isn’t open until 11am, because at the time I worked overnight and would have to stay awake for hours after work to get my “dinner.” I could go there just before work hoping to arrive before they close and get less sleep to get my lunch several hours after they closed… but I digress.
Fast forward to the pandemic, by this time I’m disabled but can drive. I have a hard time standing for long periods so again I didn’t go to Chipotle because while I could order online my only option was to climb out of my car, hobble into the store and hope my order would be ready OR pay a third party company to deliver my meal for a fee. How I wished they had thought ahead and made a pickup lane or curbside delivery, but no… none of the locations had these things…
Lo and Behold I find out just yesterday that Chipotle’s are scrambling to get drive throughs! I look it up and the website indicates there are some… but wouldn’t distinguish the ones with drive throughs from those without!!!

After some hunting I finally figured out there’s this new location somewhere in Apple Valley that neither Google Maps nor Google Earth could pinpoint where it is. I tried Maps and it said it’s somewhere near Pilot Knob Road, Google Earth (with it’s 3 year old maps) pointed to a mound of dirt. 😭

I would have to drive over there to try to figure out where “English Ave” was. First I thought “let’s order online” well the website refused to recognize there was someone trying to access their portal. Fine. Drive over…. The parking lot has an access point off 157th St and Pilot Knob. I go in and find the restaurant. There’s what looks like a drive-thru but I see a post (and read the road) showing this is the “Digital” order lane. So not a drive-thru. I park and try the website again. Now it works.. 🤨.. put in my order (website is very good and allows specific ordering 😁). Wait…wait…wait for my pickup time slot to come. Drive in, person at window finds my order in seconds… and I’m off!!

Or so I thought. There’s no clear signs on how to exit this multi-business parking lot. I try to leave the way I came in and find DO NOT ENTER signs 🤔 👀look around and all other roads appear to go north to what turns out to be 155th St. I got out finally, yeah! It’s not Chipotle’s fault for the stupidity of the parking lot designers. Not taking this out on them!

My order was perfect and I will be back… I feel like going there now! May have to postpone going to my other restaurant today 😝

This is the best Chipotle in the Southern Dakota County area.

Was hand crafted a burger by someone named "Adam". Best burger I've ever had! Not to mention that he's a handsome lad as well. Will definitely be coming back to check Adam out.

Best Chipotle around! Better than all other locations in Lakeville, AppleValley and Rosemont. Best food and service every time! We always go in to order.

Best chipotle in the cities. This is what the experience has been known before a decade ago. Keep up the great work.

So far so good for this newly built chipotle. As with every new chipotle, we will see how long it takes for it to start having problems and making mistakes.. if they keep doing what they are now that will never happen.

They always hit the spot and serve generous portions.

Finally a decent chipotle! I quit eating at the local chipotle chains due to lack of quality and terrible customer experiences. Now this one is my saving grace! I’m so excited!
