This is the only place we take our two vehicles to be serviced. Always have had great service and fair prices. All the staff that we have dealt with have been knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend this business!

I had my vehicle's thermostat removed and replaced at Crosstown. Perry was very accommodating, even getting my car in for service same-day. Competitively-priced, although a bit pricier than my regular shop, which quoted me $350 for the same work (Crosstown charged $410). But the Grand Wheeler Sinclair shop wasn't able to get me in same-day like Crosstown was, which made the difference.

I have been working with these guys for over 5 years and I highly recommend them. The entire staff from Cody, Matt and owner Perry , to the master mechanics Dan , Greg and Damion. I can attest that these guys will not over charge, will not do unnecessary work and will always find a solution for your car issues. Pretty friendly and good service. And when you see a place that's busy you know other people like going there as well. We brought our car there a couple times and had great service each time we would recommend.

I have been going to this location for a couple years (since I moved in nearby) and this shop has always been extremely customer focused. Many auto shops I have gone to in the past seem to always find something to up charge for, or recommend as an add-on service at every visit. This is not the case here. I have a decent knowledge of cars myself and I can say that they are always spot on with any diagnosis or work they have done. I recently had them test a drain on my battery, and after the first time when they did not detect it, they said that I could leave it for a few days at my convenience and they would continue to test it at no extra charge. Most other shops would try to scavenge whatever cost they could out of me, trying to charge by the hour or otherwise, so it was refreshing to see a shop willing to go the extra mile like this for their client. They have won my loyalty as my go-to auto shop and I could not recommend anywhere else more highly.

Great service, trustworthy, professional, friendly.
As a woman with little knowledge of the mechanics of a car, I worry about being talked into unnecessary services when walking into an Auto shop. All of the interactions I've had with the front desk/mechanics have been really great. They explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understand and discuss the options and how soon they need to be addressed. I recently had to bring in my car unexpectedly and Cody was very helpful and caring when I didn't know what to do. They were able to take a look at my car that day and communicated what they found. They create a safe, comforting, clean space if you choose to wait out your service. Very fair prices and provide ample service hours throughout the week and on Saturdays. Will happily recommend to others.

Crosstown Auto is amazing! Cody was very helpful when I had my truck towed there for a broken ball joint. He and the other mechanics worked very quickly to assess the work and then get everything fixed. They are the most fair, straight shooting auto shop that I have ever been to. Cody was in constant communication with me about everything and didn't try to sell me anything that was not necessary to fix my vehicle. I will be a customer for life and my son will as well just seeing the amazing service that I recieved. Cody and Mathew are the best! They treat you how you would wanted to be treated, taking the time to discuss your problem by phone or stopping in. They are very trustworthy if something doesn't need to be fixed and letting you know this, or letting you know it will be okay for a while and then come back. I am happy to give Crosstown Auto 5 stars because of the people that work their making every experience a great one! Thank you!

I am so glad that I decided to call for an appointment. I dropped my car off on a Saturday, which had a myriad of issues (wheel bearing replacement, rotors/brake pads, ball joints), and they had it fixed by Monday. The price was incredible, considering all the work and parts involved, and how quickly they turned it around. No upsells or hard selling, not pushy at all. Matthew and Perry are friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything that was done and needed. This place is amazing and I am definitely going back for anything car related.

I was also surprised to learn that they create an account for you through their site that documents any maintenance done on your vehicle(s), making it extra convenient to reference. Great work and thanks a bunch!

This was my first time to this service center, as my usual garage closed. It was only for a regular oil change, so I waited. From my initial interaction with Cody, to listening to him interact with other customers on the phone and in person, and with the service techs and management, all of his conversations were very professional and detailed. His GREAT customer service skills has earned you a new customer!

I have use these guys on multiple occasions. Every time I come here I feel like I was talked to honestly, and I don't feel like my car needs $1000 more in repairs. I had Issues with my car tires from another shop and they helped me and recommend what I should do. I always appreciate good service and Crosstown Auto has that. I will be bringing my cars here for work again and again.

As always, Crosstown Auto Repair is the best! I was supposed to leave for South Dakota but something didn't feel right about my car. My car wheels were sounding funny, so I call them up and Matthew got me in as soon as I got off the phone with him. He updated me on what they found (which in total were 3 safety issues) and was very pleasant and helpful with all of my silly questions. They saved my car and I was able to come get it the next day. Thanks to them, I made it home to my family in South Dakota safe and sound. Highly recommend going.
