Always a joy to be greeted by Ellie-Sue when I'm in for my weekly appointment. She answers the phone promptly and addresses any issues that come up. Alexis & Elisa have been so helpful with getting me back on track with my allergy/asthma treatments that are greatly needed. Kayli & Kelly have been administering my allergy shots every week in a very delicate way with no issues. I'm so happy that I chose this location to continue my care.

As always the customer service is beyond exceptional. Ellie Sue is so amazing. Also all the ladies in the back room are amazing and caring. Keep on keeping on ladies. You all ROCK!!!!

The front desk employees have been very nice and helpful with scheduling.

The allergy shot specialists also have been very friendly and educational when I have questions.

They always get me in for my appointment on time which has been great with my busy schedule. Highly recommend this place.

I appreciate Alexa’s expertise. She explains the condition and treatments very well. I have received a lot of relief from the severe itching over the last four months, and I’m truly grateful! All the staff members I’ve met are courteous, respectful and very professional. Thanks for all the great work you do.

Got my COVID vaccinations here. Devan and Bri were both wonderful greeters; and Devan herself administered my doses. I hardly felt a thing! If and when I need Allergy or Asthma services for myself or future children, I'll definitely go here!

Loved it great staff. Only leaving because insurance is making me otherwise I would have gladly done my entire allergy shot regime with them.

I have never had better service at a clinic. Between the doctors and staff, I have never had a better experience! I got my allergy shots and Covid vaccine here and I couldn't be happier!

Always worked with my work schedule since I'm a driver. Answered any kind of question I had. Wonderful staffs. I would definitely recommend this place.

Do not go here. Especially at the Burnsville location. If you have to cancel reschedule or change an appointment the receptionist for the Burnsville location is very very revengeful.
No circumstances are OK with her to reschedule an appointment. She's really scary like she's trying to get even with you. I have never experienced such
wicked mental behavior from a receptionist that answers the phone to schedule an appointment. Something is seriously wrong with this girl.

The address listed is NOT correct for the burnsville site. The suite and building number are mixed up. Just FYI for patients. Once you actually click onto the website you can confirm under the locations tab.
