I have to say this is the best experience we have had in years working with various contractors. It was really pleasant working with MNRC to replace our roof due to hail damages. Particularly the salesman Lalo Jimenez is fantastic in communication and being honest, transparent and professional in the whole process. The crew are very professional and know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the quality of work they produced and efficient communication during the whole process. I definitely would recommend Lalo and MNRC to my family and friends.

Keaton and Frank took such good care of us. First they did a great job installing our new roof after hail damage and then took care of an issue extremely quickly so we could move forward with selling our home. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish MNRC was there for my roofing process, I had a few prior folks up to check for hail damage and they all wanted me to contact and work w my insurance adjusters myself and call them when it was all approved. Not Keaton Kuzel, he took care of EVERYTHING, even having my shingles professionally tested to ensure I received a fair replacement from my insurance company. The products used and the workers who applied them were all top notch, thanks much!

My experience with MNRC was great! Kevin O was my Field Rep that came out and inspected my roof. He took pictures of all the issues he saw on the roof, showed them to me, and explained why they mattered. He told me from what he saw, I should have no problem getting insurance to cover a replacement. Insurance inspector came out, agreed with most everything Kevin showed me, and granted a full replacement. Kevin stayed in contact with me via email and text thru the whole process. Roofers that came out on Friday were amazing. Super friendly, super careful about my property and things around it. Started ripping things down at 6:45am and rolled off the lot at 2pm. They did such a great job with the roof AND the cleaning! I have only found a single nail after 4 days of walking around the house. Kevin came out 2 days after the roof install to inspect and walk around looking for nails or garbage himself. Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Already talking to neighbors that were amazed at the speed and cleanliness of my experience.

He worked directly with our homeowner's insurance to evaluate and price the work, and he followed up at every step of the process until the work was complete. I worked MNRC’s Dan Dye. He was great during the whole process from the beginning to the end. He kept me updated until the roofing was completed and when it was all done. He made a courtesy visit and he and I went around the building to check for any leftovers materials or blemishes on the work. Everything looks good and I am very satisfied with the work. Awesome company to work with to get our hail-damaged shingles and sky-lights replaced. Kevin Slattery from MNRC went above and beyond to make sure our full-roof job was scheduled and completed so that there would not be damage to the gardens that surround our entire house. We had a great experience with MNRC Roofing and especially with our Salesman- John Lopez. John was consultative, honest and thorough throughout the entire process. He worked through our insurance process with us and answered every question. He even came back months afterwards to check on the roof after a recent storm! Dan Dye has been my primary contact throughout our roofing project. He was able to help me make a claim the same day he inspected and found wind damage. I have been able to reach out to him with all my questions and he has been knowledgeable, patient, kind and quick to respond. He went above and beyond to be here when the insurance inspector was here and even stopped by later in the evening the day the roofing project was completed. It can be a confusing process with insurance companies but Dan and MNRC have been a trusted partner. We love our new roof!

Thomas was a joy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and a true professional. He always answered his phone and responded to messages immediately. The roofing crew was also impressive. They completed the roofing job in one day and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Definitely a five star company!

My experience with MNRC and Dan Dye was excellent. Dan helped us through the whole process of a full roof replacement. He was prompt at answering phone calls, setting up appointments, and he always showed up on time. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The roof take down and installation took one day and cleanup was excellent. I recommend MNRC.

Due to storm (hail) damage we had MNRC inspect our roof and submit an estimate for replacing the roof.
Once the bid was accepted we worked with Chris and Scott LeBrun for scheduling the work to be done. The roof was replaced in late 2022.
We next contacted MNRC about replacing the siding on two sides of the house. The siding was found to be defective and was under warranty.
Through a very lengthy process and with the assistance of John Kellen we were able to come to an agreement with PlyGen Corporation/Mastic siding on materials replacement and labor costs.
Our home was resided in May 2023.
The overall experience in hiring MNRC for both the roof and siding was excellent.
Their installers were very professional and timely.

We would not hesitate in contacting MNRC in the future should the need arise.

Kevin O’Meara did a great job assessing our roof, working with the insurance adjuster, helping with all the paperwork, assisting with scheduling, and even went over our yard with a magnet afterwards. The crew came in at 7am, completely covered our landscaping with tarps, moved the deck furniture, covered our windows with wood sheets to prevent any issues, and were done tearing off the old shingles and putting on the new by 3:10pm. MNRC was very good about rescheduling when we had a conflict and sending information about what would happen and when.

My experience with MNRC and especially with Mr.Dan Dye was great, really exceeding expectations: Dan helped professionally through the process of estimating the damages, claiming them to the insurance company in a really long process with multiple iterations, organizing the repair, and even helping with cleaning more precisely the yard after the roof repair. Great person, I'm recommending him 100%.

Our experience with Minnesota Restoration Contractors concerning the replacement of our roof due to hail damage was very pleasant.

Our field representative, Jose Vivanco, was very professional and friendly. His knowledge of the roofing process, insurance process and roofing materials was very impressive. He was very helpful in finding the damage, assisting with making our insurance claim and meeting with the insurance adjuster. When the insurance company paused in communication, Jose when out of his way to reestablish the lines of communication, getting the process back on schedule.

The roofing team were very punctual and skilled. They worked very hard while protecting all of our windows, doors and scrubs. Our large roof took two days to complete and the crew cleaned up on both days. When completed, everything looked great and clean. During this time, Jose oversaw the project closely and kept me informed in person, text or via email.

Before and after receiving our new roof, Jose flew his drone over our house, providing still photos and a video of before and after. The images were very high-res and appreciated!

With the damage hitting our neighborhood, I recommended Jose and Minnesota Restoration to many of our close neighbors, as well as our son who lives in the adjacent neighborhood. Our neighbor across the street also worked with Jose and was very impressed.

I would recommend all of the Minnesota Restoration Contractors team to my closes friends and will keep their contact information on file.
