I've seen Dr. Bonnie Patel for over a decade now, perhaps even two decades. She's always been professional. Recently my hygienist retired and this was my first appointment with the new hygienist. Jamie. She was lovely. Courteous, thoughtful and attentive. I highly recommend this office for dental care.

Dr Patel has been our dentist since she took over the practice when Dr Woolley retired quite a few years ago (10 years or more?). We are very pleased that she is our dentist, never any problems or complaints. She has put inlays in and replaced them with new crowns as necessary as after extractions and root canals. Dr Patel is very careful, and she is always available for emergency care (or she has a colleague covering for her if she is not available). Dr Patel has excellent support including a wonderful hygienist, Jamie.. I highly recommend Dr Patel to our friends and would do so to anyone needing dental care

I'm new to Ann Arbor and found Dr. Patel's practice on a neighborhood forum where she was highly rated. The forum rating was spot on. It was by far the most thorough dental checkup that I've ever experienced. Both the hygienist and Dr. Patel took the time to explain each part of my exam and to answer questions I had because I'd never experienced some of it with exams by prior dentists. I learned so much! Everyone I encountered was very professional and friendly. I'm so pleased to have found this practice and highly recommend Dr. Patel!

Dr.Patel has been my dentist for a long time. She is an excellent provider of dental care and expertise in preventative maintenance, fillings, crowns, or whatever you need. Delightful staff and exceptional technicians. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel provides very thorough explanations prior to any procedure. She ensures you are comfortable physically and mentally. She has a soft demeanor and approach. She also provides complete post procedure education of what to look for and how to maintain your oral health and specific instructions if you’ve had a procedure. The entire office is dedicated, thorough, friendly, and caring.

Dr Patel has been my primary dentist for several years. I trust her and her staff implicitly. She is kind, personable and extremely skilled at her profession. Her staff exhibit those same qualities. I can’t say enough nice about her practice.

Always a great experience (and I understand that dental matters and great experience usually do not go together). Excellent and professional care by everyone there. Dr Patel is great overall, and especially good at problem solving (eg working through possible solutions for say a broken tooth). Sherri (hygienist) does a wonderful and detailed job. My whole family goes here and we feel very much cared for.
