AT&T Store

I have come to Alex Sandage the last probably 4 years to get a new phone. The last two times, I have driven from Rochester because I trust Alex to get the job done right and get me everything I need. It's shocking he is not a manager, his customer service and knowledge of the ins and outs of products and services are top notch. Alex has always been extremely friendly and professional and always gotten me exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. My family and I will continue to either call in to talk to him specifically if we have any questions or we will drive an hour and a half both ways, out of our way, to come purchase products with him. Thank you Alex, my new S24 Ultra is great!

Jasha and Andrei did an amazing job working with my in-laws reducing their bill and getting them updated phones and accessories. Thanks for your patience and great attitudes!

Joey Wheeler is incredible. After encountering multiple barriers to add a line to my plan, he was able to get creative and solve the problem in short order. He has exceptional communication skills and provided the best customer service I have ever encountered. He is an asset and will only do business at this store as a result.

chase was amazing! he speaks with confidence and definitely knows his stuff. he made everything go fast and easy so we were out of there within 20 mins with a new phone and accessories. if you ever stop in, ask for chase!!

Came in with my husband to get a deal on the first net and switched myself as well from Verizon to AT&T! Cut the price in half for me as I am an RN. So thankful for Monty and Korisa! They were helpful and so kind. We will be coming back for an upgrade soon!

Chase is amazing at apple valley att got us new watches AND phones while not increasing our bill by much at all! Chase is the guy to see at apple valley! Anyone who uses samsungs buy one get one watches are amazing! Super excited to use mine and i will be going to chase once my daughter can get her phone!

I took my mother-in-law to this ATT store over the weekend to replace her old iphone. We were fortunate enough to work with Chase, who was amazing in every way. He really knew his stuff when it came to technically swapping out phones, provided recommendations for effective payment options, ways to save, which phone provided the best fit for her, etc. He was also an incredibly pleasant person to work with - super helpful with all questions (and there were many) - patient - personable - funny - and prideful of his work. If you go into this store, ask for Chase. He's great!

Came in to apple valley att to upgrade s9 samsung and met chase who made me feel welcome immediately and got us new phones and watches for a great price I was surprised that they offer buy one get 1 and our bill barely increased great value with chase att apple valley! Go see Chase! He knows his stuff!

Great experience with Devin and Elijah, after having the same phone for 7 years Devin explained everything for me and made it a great upgrade experience. I’d definitely come back to work with them again.

Zane the manager was excellent. Helped me with all my questions and set up an appointment so I could get a new phone.

Zane at the Apple Valley store was extremely helpful with my issue that I was having with my phone plan. He took the took the time to make sure I was set with the best plan for my family & activated my new phone.

Been dealing with problems porting to att the past 3 days... came in and Zane took care of it in 20 mins. Would absolutely recommend Zane front this location. Fantastic service.

I gave 5 stars to Scott at the Apple Valley AT&T! He was amazing, he explained everything and my daughters and asked a dozen questions. Scott even stayed after hours to finish up with us. I do feel like because we have 5 lines and we have been with AT&T for 15 years or more, that we should at least get zero activation fees! - Robin
