Buyer BEWARE!!! This company is terrible. They installed NCC POS system in our restaurant a few years ago. We have recently been having trouble with the system. So we called American Cash Register to have their Tech Guy “Ron” come out and see if he can address the issue. First, the lady that answers the phones in their office has to be the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Then, Ron actually showed up after having to call him for two weeks straight. He was in our establishment for about 5 minutes, before he advised us that” the system is old and you’re probably just going to have to get a new one”. That was his solution to getting a system update. Do Not do business with this company.

THE WORSTTTTT SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! the lady that answers the phones in their office is rude and unprofessional !!!!!! Have a problem with ur system??
They will show up in 5 weeks (if your lucky)!!!
THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL !!! My system been down for 1 month and 2 weeks and still no show up and phone call back. Been calling the company, Ron, Lisa, and Craig!!!! No answer !!!
