Crosstown West Park

Crosstown park is a lovely, well maintained park with a winding trail that leads around a small pond with a gazebo in the center. The walkways are perfect for taking the mind off of a long day at work, and the many benches and tables are a wonderful respite for the walker.

Definitely a park worth visiting and maintaining!

This is a small but beautiful park. It is always fun to see the ducks and geese while we are here. If you are lucky you can even see ghe turtles!!

Great park in the heart of Burnsville. Lake was full of lots of geese and ducks! Granddaughter loved the little playground. The walkway over the lake was a big hit too!

This is a very nice park. Turtles and ducks to feed in the water. Wild turkeys in the woods in the summer. There's a walking path all the way around. Fun to explore. And a playground for the kids if they have any energy left.

This is a fantastic park! My little ones loved seeing the baby ducklings and the turtles sunning themselves on partially submerged logs; I must admit, that is still fun for me as an adult too! The playground isn't too big, but big enough for a toddler and a preschooler to enjoy for a while! 2 baby/toddler swings and two 'big kid' swings; 2 little slides and 1 big slide.The walking trails are nice, but short, which is ok, because you can still walk the city block and it's still a peaceful walking area in general. I love the pavilions here for picnics or for hanging out; there's one on the hill above the playground, and another out on the dock by the water! The fountain in the pond is beautiful, and it's shady in many places on sunny days! There are also plenty of places to sit. Nice park!

Great place very big and open fun fir the kids a nice park

Crosstown Park is my favorite place to go! I call it my secret park. I love the ducks, turtles and birds there. I love having cookout there and having birthday fun with my great grandchildren. Crosstown Park is a wonderful place to be!

The park has a small but good playground for small kids. It also has a pond filled with ducks. There are several areas to bbq and also a walking or running path that goes around the pond.

Been coming to this park for 15 years now, great walking trail, beautiful dock to feed ducks or just relax by the water, and a good picnic area.

The gazebo on the lake was a nice rest stop for my dog, Bandit, and me in the middle of our long hike.
