Benjamin Kaplan, DO

Dr. Kaplan was very patient. He listened, and I never felt rushed. His diagnosis and plan were exactly as I expected and wanted. I got an appointment right away. When I arrived I was called right away. Dr. Kaplan came in right away. All was good.

The first time I saw Dr. Kaplan in the early weeks of Covid, he saved my life. He may have done so during this visit as well. He listens patiently and thoughtfully, he does not judge, and he involved me in treatment options rather than dictating. His competence is only exceeded by his compassion. Dr. Kaplan is truly remarkable.

Dr. Kaplan is wonderful. He does everything he can to help. Very professional and understanding. I have not had one complaint
I have had some serious health issues come up and Dr. Kaplan has handled them quickly and correctly. His biggest concern was to help me deal with everything in a way that caused the least amount of damage both physically and emotionally. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. He also is just all around a nice man.

I went to Trinity Health and talked about a pain in my stomach that has been going on for over 2 years and Dr. Kaplan refused to give me an endoscopy and just told me to take omeprazole for the rest of my life. In the end, I paid $303 for this visit and left feeling like it was all for nothing.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR…. I went into Trinity Health to see why my tonsils were so enlarged and why I have persistent soreness in my throat. Dr Kaplan told me it’s probably just acid reflux and I’m probably fine. I went to my dentist a week and a half later to have them tell me I most likely have tonsillitis or the beginning stages of oropharyngeal cancer. I do not recommend this doctor.

Just don’t do it!!! Worst treatment ever
