If I could give a zero I would!!! The lady as soon as I entered the door shouted “I don’t sale to you! Leave!” I am in beauty school to become a licensed hairdresser and yes I was dressed in sweatpants and my hair was in a messy bun so I didn’t look professional but this horrible lady didn’t even let me say why I was there or what I needed!!!!!

I've never been so insulted by a cashier in my life!
As soon as I walked in, I was condesendingly asked if I am licensed. So I snapped back and told her, "Yes I am and I've shopped here before." (So I obviously have an account)
I had my 8yr old niece and my 2yr old son with me, usually I wouldn't, but life happens. I told them multiple time not to touch anything, and they did not. My son was wanting to get down and walk around but I told him, "No, we're almost done, your gonna make me grab the first thing I see, and go." And just then I grabbed a lightning packet, and headed towards the fashion colors.
At that moment, the cashier screamed, "Excuse me!! Put that back!!"
I'm staring blankly at her and asked, "What?"
She says, "That is not free!"
I'm so confused at this point, I'm know it's not free. And I have to explain how I am about to pay after I get these other tubes of color. She continues to say there are cameras all over the store. I paid, as I always planned to, and left extremely disturbed by my encounter.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LADY HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, STORE HAS NO GOOD PRODUCTS AT ALL. SURPRISE THEY CAN EVEN REMAIN OPEN.

New store hours are 9-5, maybe you should stay open until 5 and not just stare at your customers through the glass when they are trying to get in. 4:48pm and needed one thing, nope sales lady is just gonna lock up early and stare and smirk when I try to open the locked door. Won’t be back.

I totally did not like this place they didn't have any hair care for women if color. But if you own Salon and need hair dye and other items this would be a place for you
