Love this dental office! I’m always met with smiling, kind, cheerful staff. The waiting room is beautiful - compete with snacks, refreshments, and spa like smells. I love the hand dips when I stop over for a standard cleaning; it always leaves my hands soft and makes it feel like I’m on a mini dental retreat! Last but not least, Shikha is wonderful and caring - always willing to make me comfortable. I am a sensitive girlie when it comes to teeth - so I truly appreciate her for making me feel heard.

I was so pleased with my first visit to Troy Dental Studio. The front desk staff are so warm and welcoming, my hygienist Karen is amazing, all of the staff are friendly, and Dr. Batra is compassionate and informative. Beautiful environment and pain-free cleaning! Thank you :)

Let’s face it, no one likes to go to the dentist. This place is a spa! Literally! I felt so comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door, until I left! EVERYONE is friendly, kind and very assuring that we are not alone, and they are there to help. Dr. Batra is amazing!
One last thing…they used cookie dough polish which tastes amazing! I’ll never get mint again!! Excellent experience! I will be back! Thank you for making my day wonderful!!

Dr. Batra and her hygienist Karen were so thorough and kind. Dr. Batra has been doing this for a while and it shows, she counseled me gently about my treatment options for a receding gum line and she was able to treat me for it during the same appt. Karen did such a great job cleaning my teeth and taking all of the measurements/XRays. The front office staff are so lovely and thoughtful. All and all a very non-scary, pleasant, efficient trip to the dentist. Looking forward to going back in 6 months!

Excellent place of business! All of the ladies were super professional & friendly. I was blown away by the aesthetics of the office: it was like stepping into a Pottery Barn store. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting and warm. My cleaning was thorough and my hygienist made sure I understood everything about my oral care without using medical jargon. The technology used in the facility is state of the art and clearly well taken care of. Towards the end of my appointment, I saw Dr. Batra who was personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She shared her expertise on how I should prioritize my oral health and made recommendations for future care. This was my first visit, and it surely won’t be my last! Highly recommend.

I just recently saw Drs. Batra, Abdullah, & Eid. They are highly skilled at their jobs and great people. For instance, I had an insurance issue/complaint that Dr. Batra helped resolve, and I got some cosmetic dental work done by them that went super smoothly (in and out in an hour!). The folks who run the reception desk are also super helpful and always willing to get to the bottom of issues that come up. Overall, great experience!

Her expertise ,knowledge, and high technology is truley amazing!!! I DRIVE from Grand Blanc to Troy so I can see her!!That's how great she is!!And I can proudly say now.that 3 generations of our family go to see her !!!She's amazing !!So i try and tell everyone out there .That she's my go too!!It makes me feel good to tell others about how there is truley a wonderful kind dentist out there!!!My granddaughter loves her!¡When we drive by her office she always says with a smile .Grandma thats Dr Batras office !!!I love it

Dr Batra has been my dentist for over 15 years, she and her staff are very professional and makes everyone feels welcome, her office is very clean and equipment is up to date, love the massage chairs also.

Dr.Batra and staff are highly trained, have years of experience and would highly recommend if you need any type of dental work. In addition they are just good people and treat you like family.

I absolutely hated the dentist due to past poor experiences but this dentistry and staff have accommodated my sensitive gums with proper numbing, attention and care. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience! I was greeted by very friendly staff and a spa like experience! I was given a paraffin wax treatment on my hands and was offered a massaging chair during my appointment. There are also free beverages and other goodies. The dental care I received was excellent and they were able to see me immediately after a crown came off my tooth. I was leaving for a vacation and needed an appointment right away. They got me in and took care of my tooth the same day. I highly recommend Troy Dental Studio!

I got the appointment just after two days of reaching the studio which was nice, and the staff is very polite and the premesises is very hygiene. My kid enjoyed the her dental screening and doctor and assistant who did a precheck and very friendly which make my daughter so comfortable and gave us good information on how to keep my kids teeth strong and healthy. They accept all insurance and it's was hassle free visit and highly recommended !!!!! My daughter ❤ all the gifts 🎁 she got after her dental screening !!!!

Dr. Batra is an outstanding dentist! She is so knowledge and caring. Her office is beautiful and welcoming- the whole team goes above and beyond to provide a amazing experience. Did I mention the office smells amazing too?! Not at all like a dental office.
