Caliber Collision

Great experience from start to finish. I had two insurance claims that had to be addressed/repaired. They made them both work for the same visit and had it done within a week. My car interior was cleaned/detailed - which I was NOT expecting, and went beyond my expectations. Car looked great when it was finished. Will definitely be back to this shop if I ever need it again.

From the time my son was hit by another driver with sub-par insurance coverage, this claim was a mess. First the truck was totaled, then it wasn't and would "just be $10K" to fix, but in the end ended up being more like $20K. None of that was on Caliber. They were fantastic! Really made the experience tolerable by keeping us updated at least twice a week on what was happening. Getting parts was a slow process, but they communicated status consistently. When a part turned out to be unrepairable, the part delivery set everything back a week and a half, and they were so apologetic, even though it wasn't within their control. When the part arrived earlier than promised, they worked so hard to get the truck ready quickly once the part arrived, it was done only a day later than originally estimated. Justin and Nate at Caliber AV were amazing.

Take your vehicle here if you want things done correctly. They know what they are doing! Justin was great through the entire process. I have had two accidents (Raccoon strike, Deer strike) they took care of them both. Thanks to everyone who worked on my vehicles. 10/10 service and customer service.

From start to finish everyone I received excellent customer service. They were well kind, helpful, knowledgeable and kept me up to date with everything. Will definitely go back in the future and send family and friends.

Stopped by to see if they can fix my wife’s SUV front bumper after someone scrubbed the paint off in hit n run on a parking lot, and this awesome dude named Brandon came out and buffed it up and cleaned all for free!
Therefore I just wanted to say thank you Brandon for your help and beautiful attitude.

Had some work done on my car after it was hit back in october 2023, these guys went above and beyond and even replaced parts that were wearing out of out the kindness of their hearts. Someone over in apple valley give my boy Brandon a raise, he deserves it!

From start to finish this was a great experience! Eric was awesome and everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. They communicated well throughout the entire process. The insurance carrier of the guy who hit our car (Geico) was a bit challenging to work with but they navigated the process well and looked out for their customer. No doubt will use them again and refer anyone who needs a referral to them - without question!

The staff was amazing, kind, and so helpful; I was informed continually throughout the process, and they did everything they could to help me get my car back as soon as possible! Brought my car in to get an estimate on a large scratch 30 minutes before close. Mario checked it out and had me pull my car into the bay where he buffed out the scratch right then and there. He even cleaned up my headlights for me! Mario went above and beyond, got rid of the scratch and there wasn't even a charge. Very helpful and very knowledgeable.
