They know how to provide superior customer service!!! I had an issue with my 2016 Lexus Mark Levinson infotainment system with a complete blank screen, a known issue.. I happened to be traveling to MSP last week and dropped off my unit.. Jon knew the exact issue and they were able to rush the repair in 2 days so I could take it back home with me.. Installed the unit and no issues!!! Exceptional, would definitely recommend.. Thanks Jon and team!!

I can’t say enough what a phenomenal business OEM is! John was extremely helpful and saved me over $4k when Lexus told me my radio wasn’t functional. I live in TN and shipped my radio to them. John told us about a known wiring issue behind the radio and that was our issue. I did not have to replace the radio! I would use OEM again! Honest, cheap and super helpful. Super happy with the service I received!

I just purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback Legacy and had an issue with the CD player. Purchased one off ebay with that same OEM part# and replaced it with mine and that unit did the exact same thing (would not accept a CD disc, would just keep ejecting it). Returned it. Did some homework and found out that was a common issue with that unit (86271AJ67A). Came across OEM Car Audio and saw they had a 67A available and also fixed units. Called and spoke with Alex. Very professional and took the time to understand my issue. I ask him if this was his unit, would he purchase or fix. He said fix and off it went. John called on Sat, the day after they received the unit with good news, as a part that senses the CD was faulty and their tech replaced it with the current version of the switch (V4). Received unit back in a few days (week turnaround total) and all works fine. Would highly recommend OEM Car Audio!

These guys are the best. I worked with Joe and John. My 2014 IS 350's radio was cutting in and out. Would randomly turn off and restart or not turn on at all. I dug through several forums tried unplugging the battery and did a software update. Called these guys up they knew pretty much exactly what was going on. Repaired it in one day which was an awesome bonus. John took the time to explain what causes the radios to go bad which was also extremely helpful. It was either repair the radio properly for $795 and adding a voltage surge protector or buying a used $1250 unit or a new one for $2000. The warranty is also great for peace of mind.

Very good customer service. 2014 Dodge Caravan radio started not getting good reception, they fixed the problem for far less than a new one (if you can find one) and it works as it should. - Dan

This business is legitimate. I had a very expensive electronic issue that Lexus originally quoted me $15,000 to fix (built-in navigation and radio unit). OEM was able to fix my problem for under $1,000. This business saved me several thousand dollars and even gave me an upgrade.

Highly recommend this place. John took my subwoofer and amp and tested it and made sure everything worked for me. He wrote up a slip with all the specifications and even tried to see if someone who might want to purchase it. Didn't charge me anything!

These guys are the ones who can take things apart and fix them. We had the radio screen go out on a 5 year old Lexus. The dealer wanted 4k to fix. Luckily I found this shop on Ebay, there were thousands of positive reviews. I packed up the radio, shipped it. They fixed it 2 days after receiving it and sent it back. It works perfectly and I saved 3k over the dealer. Highly recommend!

Had a touch screen car radio replaced for the dreaded MOPAR bubbling screen. Arrived near closing at 530 PM and Jon had a replacement ready in less than 10 min. High cost, but that’s the market for this replacement. Very impressed with speed and service.

Factory head unit on my 2013 Carolla stopped sending audio to my speakers. Long story short, bought a refurbished unit for $360 ($2k new from a dealership🤯). They felt bad that I had to drive all the way back to Roseville to get it installed for $80 for what would take literally 5 minutes of labor, so John installed it then and there for free. Also got some great advice on how to replace my rotors for cheap.

You can tell they’re not trying to rip you off and are genuinely trying to help people out. You’re best option for fixing/replacing a car stereo, especially in this economy.

My OEM stereo stopped working in my 2015 Lexus ES300h, the dealer said they wont fix it but they can replace it for $11,000.00. After doing some searching online I found Original car audio and called them, I was in contact with Alex and he said go ahead and ship it over and they will fix it. I had a local audio shop remove my head unit as I live in Canada and shipped it over to Original Car Audio and they had it fixed and sent back within a week and at a very reasonable price! It was a pleasure dealing with Alex and he made the entire process seamless!

This place is great. They have pretty much every car stereo ever, the prices are good, and the service is incredible. John helped us out and he knew his stuff. We couldn’t have had a better experience. If you need any kind of car stereo repair or replacement, this is the spot.

I needed to repair an Acura Navigation DVD unit. Acura dealers in my area suggested sending the unit to the manufacturer, Alpine, in California. Alpine quoted $358 to service the unit; $458 to buy a rebuilt one. The folks at OEM repaired my unit, including replacing several broken parts, for about $200! But it wasn't simply the great price that was important to me. When I called and talked with Jon, it was clear he knew exactly what the issues likely were and was incredibly helpful over the phone. My repaired unit was shipped back (carefully wrapped) in a timely manner. I had a followup question and Jon was great about helping out. Can't recommend OEM enough. What a great find!

I had a great experience with this company. I bought a sterio for my Toyota Camry a year ago, which is still working very well. The package came right away and the item was in great shape.
I bought another system from them last week for my Honda. This time I had trouble fitting it into my car. The person on the phone was very helpful and took me through the process. He even offered to refund my money. Superb customer service! I highly recommend them.

Brought in my navigation DVD drive from my Acura TL and they fixed it for a very reasonable price. They even shipped it back to me at no cost. Very quick turnaround. Staff is friendly. I will be coming Back to them if I need any further OEM electronics repairs.

After months of searching for a solution to solve my radio/cd-player problem on my 2006 Honda Accord I decided to try Original Car Audio and purchased an original replacement for my defective unit. I was surprised by their prompt shipment and the best price available on the web. I installed the unit in fifteen minutes, entered the code provided by Original Car Audio and worked like new. I highly recommend this company because I made my homework, the minimum cost from car radio repair shops was at least $600.00 compared to the dealer at $1500.00. I called them for some technical advice and they told me if I was not sure that my unit was the culprit I could send them my unit and they will check it and advise me and they could even repair my own unit. I was pleased with the outcome with this company in regards to; price and product performance. I am grateful that there are still honorable companies doing business for the mutual benefit of consumers.

I was quite impressed they called me after I made the purchase on Ebay to make sure the radio was going to fit my vehicle. While some may find this bothersome, I found it great customer service. The cost and delivery time was very reasonable. This would be a worry free place for anyone to purchase their car radio. It was a pleasure doing business with OEM Car Audio.

They held back the replacement because they didn’t feel it was good enough. And called to make sure I was happy with the replacement as a follow up.
