Great experience with Harry Pho in the service department. After a poor experience with Brookdale, I brought my Chevy Volt here after receiving several recommendations from other EV owners.

They have techs certified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles that are knowledgeable and do not recommend unnecessary services. In fact, when I asked about a transmission fluid flush to go along with all of the other maintenance I was having done, they told me I did not need it yet.

Price was reasonable, appointment was on time, and estimated completion time was accurate. So much better than dropping my car off and doing the "we'll get to it when we get to it" dance. Plus I received timely updates from Harry while I was waiting.

They have a comfortable little customer lounge with two desk spaces, several chairs, and a TV. It's loud when it's full, but they also have seating in the showroom if you want to get away. Free coffee, tea, and water. Snacks and additional drinks are available from a vending machine.

I enjoyed my visit to Rosedale Chevrolet service department. The staff are efficient, respectful, and professional. Service consultant Sean is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Rosedale Chevrolet service department for your car needs.

They are helpful in giving you assistance to figuring out the proper part and name of the part through their diagrams even if you have a hard time getting through the diagrams yourself. Super helpful staff and well stocked in GM parts.

Brother needed a car, I contacted Lou Wade, he is one of the best sales guys I've ever worked with. He's no frills, answers whatever questions you need answered in a very quick fashion, doesn't screw around and gets things done with his guys in the shop. He helped make a 5 year old 75K used car into almost a new vehicle so my brother could feel good about buying a car with that many miles on it and it should last him for 10 years. Lou is your man if you want a quick, easy deal with no salesmanship and gimmicks. Amazing experience.

Harry Pho is a great service advisor, always honest and straightforward about what needs to be done and what may need to be done in the near future so that I can plan to continue to care for my 2007 truck and get her to 300,000 miles one day! Professional and respectful, always listens to my questions and answers them thoroughly.

First time customer. Work performed consisted of tires, alignment, fuel system cleaning, engine diagnostics and multipoint inspection. Their team didn’t try to “upsale” me on anything. There was a mail in rebate form for my tires. They literally filled in each spot on the form but my email. That is fantastic customer service. Rosedale honors competitor tire pricing, if you have a printed estimate to have tires installed elsewhere.
Ray F. was great to work with. Had a slight issue with a comeback but Ray made the transition into a (free) rental seamless as well as making my vehicle top priority. I was back into my vehicle quicker than expected given the items I was having done. From setting up my appointment to ordering my parts and performing the services I could not be happier. And they washed my vehicle! Rosedale Chevrolet and team did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend and I will be a future Rosedale Chevrolet customer based on this phenomenal performance.
