Jacob Rohrer has been very friendly. Great customer experience. I really like the way Jacob helped me renting a car and explaining multiple options at Apple Valley location Minnesota.

I had a great experience at Enterprise. My truck is in the body shop. My insurance company works with then for the rental. I started out with a Hyundai Sante Fe went back in a week later to trade up to this Tacoma. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

My family took a 1600 mile weekend road trip using an Enterprise rental van. The Pacifica was clean and worked flawlessly. Check in and check out was very quick and simple. I recommend using the Enterprise location in Apple Valley Minnesota.

Apply Valley Enterprise team has been awesome. From the time I called and spoke to a very pleasant lady who was more than happy and willing to find me an SUV that I liked, due to another branch not having any SUVs available because we're in MN and of course it was still snowing in March, to me coming in and getting met with smiles and fun and professionalism from Tasha Thompson and the others (sorry I don't remember names) but everyone there was great. And I was late because of the snow storm and they stayed open for me. I appreciate you all.

My customer service was excellent from start to finish! I needed Enterprise to pick me up from my home this was done and promptly at the time promised! When I arrived at their office all the paperwork was ready for me to sign and look over the car. The staff is very professional and friendly! I alway recommend Enterprise before anyone else.

When I rented the car I asked to be picked up. The representative was at my door right on schedule and took me to the office where I was taken care of immediately and was on my way in about 10 minutes. The car was clean and in great shape.
When I returned the car I needed a ride home which was provided. The best part was that the total was less than what was quoted on a travel service reservation. The staff at the Apple Valley office great. Very easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. This was the second time we have rented from the Apple Valley Enterprise and will definitely return when the need arises.

I love this place. I've never had any issues at all with Enterprise. Other rental places grrrrr. That why I stick with this one. I needed a truck to rent. I was thinking shoot this is going to cost me a small fortune. Don't have that much money so I was not looking forward to even looking. Well when I did I was very surprised. I rented a full size truck. Super nice loved the uric by the way. I rented it Saturday to Monday. So day and half. The cost was amazing. I ended up paying $103.00 for 2 days. It was also super easy and fast to check in and be on my way. Thank you guys......
