This is our second time working with Kelly and her team and we are so glad we went with them again! Kelly is very knowledgeable about the housing market and was able to provide us with great advice when quite a few things popped up during our buying/selling process. Kelly is professional when dealing with other agents, patient when we needed time to consider different options, and always so warm and friendly. She helped us to find our dream home and guided us through multiple negotiations during both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. The rest of her team was great as well! We love working with Kelly and will definitely be reaching out to her if we need a realtor in the future!

5 years ago I bought my first house with Kelly & Brian. Being a first time home buyer I had SOOO many questions, not only did they answer all of them but they guided me every step of the way with flawless and easy to understand explanations. So naturally, as I am ready to move on to my next "home" adventure (spoiler alert: we're buying a camper!), I wanted Kelly to help me sell too! This time around, the process was even quicker but I had even more questions! Not only did Kelly once again answer all of my questions but made sure I was on top of everything I had to do to prepare. Paperwork was sent in a timely manner, rarely did I ever have to wait more than hour hearing back from her and she made sure I got the best value for the hard work I put into my first house! If I ever buy a house in this area again, she will be the first person I call!!

After my mom passed away, we put her home up for sale with Kelly. We’ve all lived in our own homes for many years so were not familiar with how this would go down.
