Baron Patisserie

We purchased 4 different pastries (blueberry, chocolate, cheese, and a pull apart cinnamon one) and all were lovely. The pastry was flakey, buttery, soft, everything I could ever want.

The woman at the counter was kind, patient, and was happy to explain to me what each item was.

I’ve been wanting to visit here for over a year and finally made the effort to go. For my daughter’s first birthday, I went in 4-5 days before and asked if it was possible to preorder a cake. Despite a busy schedule (I’ve had another local bakery tell me they couldn’t fulfill an order due to pending orders), they said the only cake possible would be strawberry shortcake. Yum, my personal favorite, so I put an order in and bought two other pastries — a delicious apricot frangipane tart and almond croissant.
Hands down, one of the best strawberry shortcake’s we’ve had that blew our socks off! Fresh whipped cream, three layers of shortcake-style cake brushed with simple syrup and in between whipped cream and strawberries. Yes, yes, yes! Simplistic yet divine.
Since then, I have made a trip back to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie, opera cake, pecan tart and a savory croissant. Love the variety and this place has become one of my favorite places to visit when I have a sweet tooth.

Simply gorgeous! Delicate flavors and great attention to detail! I loved the Apricot Tart. Not too sweet, just right. Just wish they were closer to my northern home!

AMAZING 🤩 make sure to go early on Saturday if you want a certain item because they sell out fast! Everything is so delicious and the best cheese danish I’ve ever had (I crave one every week)! Owner is super sweet and patient. Definitely recommend ☺

Wonderful bakery with notorious croissants and other goodie’s. Not cheap. But you get what you pay for.

Delicious, but get here early! This picture was at 8am, there was a line of about 12 people at the door waiting to open. I came back at 8:40 to grab something I forgot and it was 90% wiped out!

Ordered a birthday cake for a special date and was totally satisfied! Amazingly beautiful cake that was so delicious and well made.. Baron knows his stuff and comes thru as a baker extraordinaire.

I've been in multiple times, and the service here is top-notch. The owner himself is super friendly and the young lady who works is very sweet. I think they should charge more for their product based on quality to be honest. Their coffee is well made and their pastries are always fresh.

Have been getting all my fruit tarts from here for almost 3 years ! Love them sweet but just the right amount the crispy pastry is soooo delicious I have not found a better fruit tart then this one !

Dopest Patisserie in the area. Naya is amazing and genuine when you encounter her. The cheese danish is my kiddos weekly ritual and to be honest I want to work there it’s so freaking delicious. BIPOC owned and quality is mouth watering. This place makes me feel like I am at home in Vancouver, BC and how much I love French bakeries. I found my local patisserie in Vancouver, Washington now! One time they made a croque en bouche that was made that’s it take all my money.

Best pastries in Vancouver!!! After eating croissants in France, most pastries in the US are chewy and disappointing, but Baron delivers authentic flaky croissants. Everything is good, but my favorites are the apricot, cream cheese, or red bean.

The selection was a little small at 9:30 am on a Monday, but the items we did get were delicious, peach Danish & ham and cheese croissant. Looking forward to trying more of their offerings in the future.

Don't sleep on this place.

Although the selection can be a bit limited to danishes, croissants, and a cake of sorts, everything here tastes good.

Like no joke. This place is better than Tous Les Jours, Paris Baguette, and even La Provence Patisserie!

Ordered fruit tart cake for sons birthday. Mmm delicious! The custard was thicker than I have normally had but flavor was great! The crust was perfect as well!

We got the pecan tart and the peach almond tart and both were AMAZING. My father said it’s the best pecan tart he’s ever had. Highly recommend & very affordable! Definitely will be supporting this local business in the future.

Surprise! The flavors of your croissant may have changed. Don't worry these marvelous bakers have the usual suspects, but they also have fruit croissants. They look more like a Danish but have that crispy, buttery, flaky appeal. When you need to impress the office - skip the dounut shop and bring something classy and yummy. My co-connoisseur especially enjoyed her strawberry croissant.

Absolutely delicious and an excellent value for the product. I ate one while running errands and was amazed at how fresh and light it was. Real cream, not custard; real fruit, not fruit filling. Just ridiculous how good it was.

We go all the time!!! Love the ham and cheese croissant, the spinach and cheese croissant, and the double baked almond croissant.....very yum!!!! My wife loves the cheese danish and cinnamon bites!!! Want to try everything else!!! Good luck not buying a dozen of everything!!! Local place making great items!!! Go Baron and company!!!
