Dundee Community Garden

I love walking around this little garden with my infant. They have a lot of great public programs!

Cute little community garden in the middle of Dundee. This is a fun place to walk by and see what everyone is growing. The coolest part is that anyone can harvest some of the many herbs and vegetables being grown outside of the fence on the south side. This is a great way to cook with fresh herbs or try a new vegetable without the need to have your own garden at home. Overall, this is a great amenity to have available in the community.

A wonderful place! I am most impressed with their Pollenator Habitat status, and Bee House.

Plots can be had for a season at a pretty minimal price, and folks can grow everything from vegetables to flowers.

Even the swath along 49th becomes a colorful delight. Many of the flowers are given to some of the residents of Dundee Tower, and there is a small area plants from which the public is invited to partake.

The "Pete's Parking Lot's" Landscaped plot is included in the Garden's efforts.

There is a Little Free Library there, which gets a lot of use from neighborhood residents.

This is one of the "attractions" that makes me love the living in the Dundee area.

I love community gardens and this one is getting a nice start this season. I like the free picking along the outside border and the picknick tables in the middle of the garden and there is also a bee house for the pollenators. There is also a Little Free Library on the same corner

We loved this garden! We even saw a little garden snake roaming around. There are some really nice zucchini, tomatoes, squash, and eggplant growing here and the garden is well kept.

It's a cool place to grab some fresh veggies and herbs when they are in season. The stuff right along Underwood Ave is free for public picking. There is also a little free library located here along the forementioned street.

It's is a lovely little green space in the city. If you care to take a minute to look you will find a little free library there too.

Great neighborhood garden. It is also a great pokemon stop.
