Comfort Suites West Omaha

We had initially booked the Comfort Suites in Central Omaha but luckily were able to switch to the West location after reading reviews. This location had rave reviews and let me tell you they did not disappoint! Service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Our room was super spacious, quiet and clean which was perfect for our family of four. Location was terrific as we were only 15 minutes from a lot of shopping, dining & entertainment on the west end of Omaha. We would gladly stay here again!

The front Desk attendant Sarah was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her duties of service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Best customer service and hotel service we've ever received! How this lady isn't the manager, I'll never know. She deserves a raise that's for sure. We ran into some issues while staying there, personal that is and she was quick to assist. She's an asset to the hotel for sure!
Rooms a very clean, the whole place is clean and tidy. Pool was amazing! Kids had a blast. Had more of a variety of breakfast foods which was nice! I just can't say enough about this place! Best "bang for your buck" around! Give it shot. You won't regret it!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was clean. The area is quiet. The staff was polite and friendly. We would stay here again.

The entire staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Each and every one of them were very friendly and hospitable.
I hope that the facility will have their sidewalks repaired so wheelchairs have easier use.

I’m in town for work and stayed here. The rooms are clean and,comfortable. Modern amenities, a decent, free breakfast and the perfect location with a great restaurant across the street and two miles from a Hy-Vee. With surrounding fast food options and, a gas station a block away.

Staff is awesome. Super friendly, and efficient. Checked us in quickly, and kept everything clean.

Rooms are clean, which is most of what we want when we select a room.

Our room was super cold, which after a day at the zoo, was so refreshing.

Our only real issue is in the setup of the room, the A/C blows directly on the feet of everyone in the bed. Which if you are like me, you love it. But if you're like my wife, it makes for a frustratingly cold night. So more of a design issue than anything with the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! The staff was outstanding, the room was large, breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient!!! This was a last-minute booking, and it was super quick and easy. The whole place was super clean, including the parking lot! Can't say enough good things about my stay. Brought the family here after having a rough experience in same brand of hotels in Colorado. Very pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms that are modern, clean, open with friendly staff. Enjoyed it!

We got unexpectedly stuck overnight during a trip. Rolled in the lobby around 11:30 pm. The 2 employees working that night - didn’t catch names - were extremely accommodating. Quick check in. They gave a small discount for booking multiple rooms. Even found us a charger to borrow when we realized we had lost one we needed. One of the guys even offered to loan us one from his car. In a world where customer service is dying, those 2 dudes were great.
Rooms are basic. But are clean and well maintained. No complaints. Mattress was better than expected. Lobby bathroom was dirty, but everything else was very clean, tidy and well stocked.

Awesome hotel Great Staff clean and affordable What more could you ask for? We Stayed for 4 nights ourselves and our little one she loved the beds and pool haha. Our room was very clean and modern had everything we could need and more. The only complaint I have I the breakfast wasn't that good

I can’t understand any bad reviews of this motel. I stay in Hilton Suites regularly and this motel is every bit as good. The service is great, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Good shelf space and sitting room. The breakfast is great—eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and good coffee. And it’s priced well. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great location actually had a view of a country side not of the city which was nice... Staff was nice, room was clean. Window opens just enough to get some fresh air. Elevator, heated pool is nice for the kids and a work out room that over looks the pool.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. We were reluctant on staying here based off of previous reviews. Those reviews were so off from what we experienced. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the counter person (guy) forgot his name on 4-1 at 5:40 pm. He was extremely nice. The lobby was clean, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was nice. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. My only downside about my room was it was located next to the fitness center. I could here the treadmill and the slamming of the door got on my nerves. But this is NO fault of the hotel. I recommend requesting your room away from the workout room. Lol. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and very comfortable. Sorry i didn’t take pics before we got in bed.

My family and I spent the weekend here just now (Oct15- Oct18) and it was an amazing stay. I have a large family and the room I got had two queen beds, one king bed, and a sleeper sofa! More than enough room for myself and children! Staff was always friendly and available! They had fresh, hot, breakfast every morning and it was delicious! If I were to come to Omaha again, I will definitely book a room here🤞

We had a great stay here! The pool is open and a full continental breakfast with your standard eggs, waffles, sausage, etc was served. The hot tub is out of order. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had zero issues with our room. My only complaint is if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs or something. The walls are thin. We could hear the family in the room next to us. A baby crying occasionally, the muffled sound of their TV, door slamming, etc. It was fine for us cause we sleep with the TV on.

We really liked the size of our room! We reserved the suite with 2 queen beds and a separate pull out sofa! We have 4 young children so having the option to all room together is important but not having to be on top of each other was great. The high ceilings really added to the room. The price was really fair. Hotel was clean, even the pullout bed. The pool area was warm and clean. Plenty of towels. There were only a couple small inconveniences. The layout/size of the parking lot was not great. Our room door had a extremely slow release of air, so it took a good 60 secs to close on its own so we had to push/pull hard each time we closed it. Nothing that would deter us from staying again. Overall we would recommend and will look for the chain in our next travels.

Beautiful hotel! Great customer service! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It was located in a great area with many things to do near the hotel. Free breakfast is always great as well. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our family and friends!

The room was spacious and clean. Service was great. Breakfast was your typical waffles and cereal. The pool was lacking but it was functional, clean and open. We will definitely book here again.
