Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My service was 100% professional, competent, respectful, safe, and timely. I needed service completed day of & on a Saturday. The entire team responded to our plumping issue quickly. They were all great at their jobs and got everything fixed within 2 hours. Thanks again! I highly recommend!

Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I had a sewage overflow in the basement and they were out within 2 hours on a Saturday evening and had it cleared fairly quickly. The damage assessment process was very smooth and they help navigate conversations with insurance if needed. Mitigation was prompt and meticulous. Everyone was professional, on time and on top of communication. I won’t hesitate to call them again.

Had my main sewage line backup, they were out in my small town within about an hour after my call. Turned out an internet company had bored a hole through the sewage line, Troy was extremely helpful in walking me through everything. He was communicative, empathetic, and informative. His patience with me at midnight was amazing, as I was beginning to fall asleep on my feet! Would recommend this company for your repair work, especially if you get Troy, any day and every day.

Bob and Matthew from Roto-Rooter were both very knowledgeable, personable and professional. As well as the field supervisor Eric and Tanner another technician that came out.
I give them 5 stars.

However before today I was frustrated with the company due to having a confirmed appointment between 2-6 pm to then be told they don’t dispatch anyone out after 5pm. So why then would a company send an appointment confirming times between 2-6pm? They don’t give updated confirmation emails with the new time when the company cancels or can’t make it out. Then I spoke with a dispatch manager who also couldn’t provide a confirmation.

After these questions they called to follow up on delayed service multiple times and also made sure to state that someone will be there before 5pm and if anything happens they will keep me informed. This was a vast improvement. So I’m thankful for that course correction so long as that is the standard.

Sam (6134) was the best plumber I needed late on a Friday. Super easy to make appointment online and arrived shortly after. Company's pricing is flat fee and 6 month warranty. Great service right before Thanksgiving. Will use again.

I was relieved they came out on New Year’s Day, and surprised that they didn’t charge extra for coming out on a holiday! The technician/plumber ( Bill ) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will use Roto-Rooter in the future for all plumbing needs. I’d heard that they were expensive, not true! The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had the sewer backup into the house after 9pm on the weekend. They had a tech to my house quickly and had the water draining within minutes. Their techs Justin & Troy quickly identified the issue and gave us multiple options to fix the underlying problem. They may be expensive but worth every penny.

Justin was very professional and explained my sewer issues very well. He’s very personable and that made the conversation very easy and helpful. I would recommend him without question.

The team that came out to fix the problem was very skilled at what they did and up-to-date machinery and solve the problem very quickly. They also gave me video evidence of what the long-term problem is and suggestions on how to handle that and insurance it was available to help with that.

The guys that came out were both very Professional and personable. They kept us up on what they were looking at and made great suggestions we would highly recommend them. We are hoping to hear from someone to let us know what the situation is contacting home security. Can’t remember the name right now.

My kitchen drain line was plugged so I ran a 25 ft drain snake and it was still clogged. I was hesitant to call roto rooter because everyone says they are are expensive. I am glad I called because drain cleaner they sent me was not only professional and courteous but he didn't just run drain snake to unclogged line but ran a 75 ft electric
drain snake to go through entire kitchen drain pipe to main drain clean out to make sure entire kitchen drain pipe was clear. He also checked to make sure drain snake was going to main clean out and that the drain snake didn't damage any of piping. I would
recommend roto rooter to family or friend and tell them that you get what you pay for and that cheap isn't good but good is not cheap.

Bob and Cameron were very professional and quick. They explained the situation and what they were going to do in detail. They let me know how I could help that in even preventives for the future. They were able to get me into contact with other services that might be able to help me also. All in all, amazing job.
