Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha La Vista Hotel & Conference Center

The front end staff was exceptional. Ashley and Allan went above and beyond to help my family and I. I had a booking issue that was 100% my fault and they completely bailed me out. Then I had family members that had emergencies and could not make it to stay with the rest of the family, and they took care of their rooms as well. Incredibly friendly people, courteous and kind. I Cannot say enough for the front desk staff. We will definitely be back!

Spacious suite with comfort. Loved the surprise of two free drinks and a made to order omelet in the morning. I was traveling cross country and just passing through-what a wonderful find was this hotel!!

We take an extended family getaway every year to this place. It is one of my favorite things we do each year! I LOVE water, I'm a swimmer, so this place feels like it was made for me. Their pool is huge, they have so many water fountians, and the food is awesome! Stay here!!!

Located right off the interstate and close to the Cabela's, Starbucks, Costco, some shopping centers and gas stations. Embassy remains a favorite of ours with complimentary happy hour starting at 5:30pm for guests. Each room gets 4 free drink tickets per night. They also have complimentary snacks at this time. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. The fresh made omelettes almost always have a line, but are worth it. There is also an indoor swimming pool, small gym and is attached to the LA Vista conference center. Good for business and family time.

Check in was smooth and customer service was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the manager’s reception with the free drinks and snacks. There were many breakfast choices and my husband loved the made to order omelet. Check out was a breeze.

Close to a good amount of food place, I’ve stayed numerous times at this particular location. Breakfast staff is on point, front desk folks are amazing! Rooms are always clean, noise level at night is low or zero. Alan is the best!

My family and I stayed while visiting relatives in the area. We always love the big rooms, the free cocktails and the omelets. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. I was really impressed with the morning breakfast staff who did a great job keeping up with clean tables. Well definitely stay here again!

When you are a veteran caregiver who is traveling with a spouse who has challenges from service related chronic pain and TBIs, finding lodging can be difficult. Traveling with an emotional support dog compounds the issues. We had called five other hotels as we were driving and none offered a veteran discount. Embassy responded with a cheerful “yes.” They even upgraded our room to a suite and were thoughtful about placing us to easy access to the outside. Everyone on staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the texts from the manager to make sure we were comfortable. It was a respite to stay. Thank you!

I stayed here with my family for a wedding. It’s not my first time here, and I will keep coming back. The stay was great. Manager’s reception and breakfast was really good. Melissa (Nines Restaurant), Ricky (omelet chef) and Jessa at breakfast were shining stars who took good care of us. Our bathroom needed a few repairs, and I told them that it could wait until check out. We left for a while and upon return, everything was fixed! Kudos to the front desk person who wrote it all down (sorry forgot her name) and to the maintenance crew!
Overall, this is a quiet, comfortable place to stay.

My husband comes for cancer treatments every few months. We always stay here. Very accommodating, clean, and quiet. Embassy Suites is our favorite brand of hotels when we travel and this one is one of the best!

We visit this hotel annually. Great experience. Breakfast and night snack time is great. Always clean. This year we got texted from the desk asking how our stay was. I needed extra pillows and they were up to the room really fast. Great experience.

Everything you’d expect from an Embassy Suites and more. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great complimentary buffet and/or cooked to order breakfast every morning. Nice complimentary manager’s reception every evening with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and snacks included. Clean property. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Every employee I came across was friendly and acknowledged me referring to me as sir. It was nice getting a text from staff asking if our stay was going ok and offering any assistance needed. Sadly, we were in town for a funeral, but the wonderful experience at this property was comforting. Thank you management and staff.

We had the opportunity to attend the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Legacy Dinner last night at the LaVista Conference Center! The staff who handled the set up, service, and meal preparation were incredible! The server at our table, Jonea, was truly wonderful, and made the night next level for our group! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

If you're looking for the Ritz this isn't it. However if you're looking for a hotel that has consistently good service, clean rooms, friendly staff and reasonable pricing this is it. I've stayed here over a dozen times and have no complaints.

Spent 3 nights here last week for work. Rooms were clean and nice. A little out dated but clean and comfortable so that's ok with me. They had a nightly happy hour with 2 free drinks for those over 21 and that was fun and seemed to be a big crowd pleaser, as many people were there. Bar and restaurant had friendly service and good food. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive.

The only suggestions I would make is the gym did not have any mats for floor work of any kind but honestly that was it.

Would recommend.

This hotel was great all the way around. From the time we got in the lobby at check in. To the time we checked out. Simply the best. The Chef at the omelette station "Danny" was awesome and amazing. I loved his music he was playing. He had some Isley Brothers playing that took me back. Gave me great memories of good times. He hooked up my food so good and so fast. I felt like I was a judge on Beat Bobby Flay. He was so good. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone. And Danny Keep Up The Great Work!

Highly recommended!!!! It is always a great pleasure to spend a night here! Actually almost all Embassy Suites and Hotels by Hilton. Ambience of the whole building is wonderful! Service is great and always with a smile, breakfast is serve hot as always, room is great (booked 1 room with 2 queen bed, a view and a sofa. We always love to book and stay at any of the hotel, suites by Hilton, they never failed us. I may have only one suggestion though 😁 if there's a way to separate the toilet and the shower room, maybe with a sliding curtain so we can access both will be really nice. It's a big private restroom, but only one family member can use it at a time☺ thank you very much !

We had a great experience at this venue (for a black tie work affair) this past weekend. We have been to a lot of dinner events and I can imagine that it’s not easy to cater to huge crowds. I had the chicken cordon bleu option, which was really good! Raya was our server and really professional and helpful.

Everything was wonderful.
One minor problem one elevator was out of order at check out time. Very unfortunate.
Also the carts that are provided for luggage are extremely small.
