Been shopping there for years and LOVE the cafteria, Starbucks, and variety of food and other the store offers!!! Also, the Quick Care clinic inside is GREAT and has come in handy a time or two :)

Ordered a "Designers Choice" bouquet for a funeral (I am out of state). The arrangement was beautiful, I was so pleased. The note was hand-written which I also loved. 10/10! The online ordering process was also very smooth and the flowers were delivered in good time.

Clean store .Variety of fresh produce as well as in grocery, bakery, deli, meat. Gretna store.

Love shipping at hyvee but some items be a bit hard to find

Went in to mail something. They have shipping supplies right up front and the staff were helpful and efficient.

I used the free delivery. It works for me. As long as you make it clear that they are to text or call you if the order can't be filled. That took a while and it still has bugs in it. Some shoppers for you are more conscientious than others. But their customer service, outstanding! They've always made it right and then some.5 stars for sure!

I went to the in store Starbucks. The staff at this location is phenomenal. They are great at making you feel special and remembering what you like.

Being handicapped I use aisles online.. it works very well most of the time. The girls that work in the department are very helpful !

I was visiting from out of town and wanted a convenient way to enjoy a good breakfast. Two days in a row the food delighted me with a fresh flavorful breakfast. The staff was focused on the little details and welcomed me back, remembering details from the day before. I enjoyed watching the chef at his craft on the big screen TV. To receive that level of service at a value focused price was remarkable. A great place to start your day.

Love my HYVEE! Today I needed chicken thighs and I was told they don't start making until 11. Well the worker, I didn't catch her name, but she went ahead and made some for me! Mind you this was like 8:30 this morning. The employees are so friendly! Great store all around!! Highly recommend!

Jasmine was my personal shopper today. She was very attentive to my grocery order! This is the first time in a long time someone took the time to take photos of things I ordered and made sure it was what I wanted, also asked me about replacements not just giving me what was next to it. I really really loved this shopping experience!

Always impressed with the friendliness if the staff here. Stopped by the meat department to ask a simple question. The butcher generously answered, then gave a few helpful hints that helped---and greatly improved--my family meal planning for the week. Great people!

Hy-Vee grocery stores in general are the best in the midwest. The culture of the company is most honorable. They treat their employees right and it shows in the way the employees provide excellent customer service to their guests.

This is the best grocery store in town. We've lived in this area of town for 10 years and I can say that it's been consistently, hands down the best for customer service that I've experienced. When we moved here we were newly married. Since then, we've had children and I'm pregnant with my third. The young people that bag the groceries always consistently ask me if I need help. And when I've had toddlers on my hip or fighting children, they don't even ask...they just help me out the door. And always with a helpful attitude and smile. I consistently have been impressed with the good manners and customer service. All the departments are very helpful and so friendly. When we've gone to other hyvee stores and other grocery stores, we don't feel that we get the same friendliness and level of help. It really is our favorite! Thanks to the management and leadership for setting a great example. I often see you around helping me and others and again, with excellent customer service.

Katelyn in floral area was so helpful and kind! She crafted the most beautiful bouquet and was really knowledgeable about all the different options of flowers I could pick in my price range. I will absolutely send all my friends and family to her for flowers!

The most wonderful helpful people work in this pharmacy. Lisa the pharmacist got back to me within a couple of hours when their was something wrong with my prescription. I’m so thankful. Not to mention all the wonderful employees that are always willing to help when I do my grocery shopping! A+++ all around!
