Had a miss understanding on price at first and the manager Andrew called me and made it right and did it quickly . The saleswoman Nancy also was very understanding and professional. Also Peyton is doing an excellent job of explaining the functions of the vehicle. Everything worked out and I appreciate it! Definitely care about there customers. .Update I would just like to ad that if you are in the market for a well made 1/2 ton pickup i would look no further a tundra. I have had every other make and model and I have been an auto technician for 20 years. Toyota has unsurpassed technology and also is manufacturing there products In The United States, using 65 percent Us sourced content. Assembled right here supporting American families along the way. Toyota = Reliability, solid resale value, and Toyota's customer service never stops after you buy your vehicle .Toyota financial has a great website for keeping track of everything. Hands down the best investment you will make on any vehicle is Toyota I proved it. Thanks !

I just have to brag on Baxter Toyota La Vista. Talk about some of the nicest people in the industry! The customer service is top notch and just very friendly and personable people! When I found this car I was determined to make it mine lol and our girl Nancy could not have made the process any easier for us. She sent me as many videos and pictures that I requested and answered all our questions. And knowing that we didn’t live close and that we were serious buyers she held the vehicle for us for a week! (With a deposit of course but that’s normal!) I told her when we planned on coming and when we arrived she had the car parked in front and ready for us! When you walk in the dealership and when exiting the dealership there are always people waiting and ready to open the door for you each time. We also had the chance to meet some other team members, Dario and I really hope I got his name right Brandon? Both gentleman were very polite and friendly and extremely helpful alongside Nancy! Driving 4.5 hours to meet Nancy and her team and to pick up the car was well worth it, and to top it off she put the big red bow on my car for me! ☺ I really can’t say enough good things about this place and this team. I highly recommend!!

It was time to upgrade to a different vehicle, as I have been shopping around at different dealerships in the Omaha metro areas for a bit. Till I stopped at this Toyota dealership in La Vista. I have met many different sales reps of car dealers over the many years of life. Juanita, went above and beyond in the call of duty per say, to make me feel welcomed and connect with me as a customer, by actually hearing what I needed and what i am looking for in a vehicle as well as other details. (Most sales reps "listen" only to respond.) Juanita listened and even looked at other parts in their company's auto groups to find something that fits within my budget and what works well for me. We did find a vehicle back at her dealership as I came back a couple times during the week.
Juanita Francisco, made such a powerful impression upon me, that I have been recommending her and the Toyota dealership of La Vista to many friends & family, and I will continue to go to her with my future vehicle purchases as the years come and go in my lifetime. Thank you Juanita. :-)

Kenzie and everyone else was so helpful with the purchase of my 19' Civic Type R last weekend. From testing driving it where I wanted to drive, all the questions I had, the fair price, the financing and the no pressure add-ons, to out the door with my keys in hand!!! And they were quick with getting everything done. Kenzie took the time to explain everything about the car and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase! 😁

After looking online at some vehicles, I decided to stop at Toyota location and was glad I did. Mike Miller assisted me with my trade and am very happy with the deal and service thus far. I just can’t say enough about the wonderful people at this dealership!!! From the moment I walked up, the door was held open for me with a good morning and a smile. Bob was my salesman and boy did he go above and beyond. He was so helpful and friendly. Not only did he sell me a great car but I left something in my traded car and he drove over an hour to meet me with it. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive to buy my new Toyota Crown. Maria was so so helpful I hit a couple snags and boom she was right there fixed them all. Last but not least Kenzie was the lady that made sure I knew all about my new car and made sure I knew that I can call her anytime for the life of the car to help with anything! Just remotely purchased and had delivered to my home a 2022 Jeep Cherokee. I worked with Sicilia who did a wonderful job answering questions and working with us to complete the sale. 3 years ago I leased my first Toyota from Baxter La Vista and had a great experience. When my lease ended I was able to come in meet with Justin and he hooked me up with a new highlander delivered to my door by Jake. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience.

I recently traded in my vehicle and worked with Kass and Andrew. Both were extremely professional, helpful, and customer satisfaction focused.

Although, I was sad to let go of my vehicle, I was able to find an awesome replacement. Kass and the team ensured the new vehicle was well maintained and even put new brakes and tires on.

Wow, where do I start. This dealership has been nothing but amazing. I inquired about a vehicle and I was contacted shortly thereafter by Katie (Internet Sales Director) let me tell you, this woman is AWESOME! So friendly, helpful, and personable. She walked me through the process step by step (since I was an out of state buyer) and made herself available anytime I had a question. I truly feel she went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful she took the initiative to call me back, or I would have never been able to purchase my dream vehicle. Sicilia helped me in my first car buying process. She managed to persuade me into buying the used 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback Nightshade I was looking at. The only downside was Baxter’s no negotiation on used car pricing policy.

Buying my new car at Baxter was a great experience! Justin D’Angelo is a wonderful salesman and made the process easy and seamless. I had to wait a few weeks for the car to arrive and he was great at keeping me in the loop. Also, Jake Sorenson was very good at explaining all of the features of my car once it arrived. I would highly recommend Baxter Toyota and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future!

Don’t bother watching YouTube videos on negotiating because there is none. AND WE LIKED IT. Plus, it is true that there aren’t any fees. When we came in to finalize and pay cash (2018 Hyundai Tuscan AWD 67,000 miles), it took only an hour. We also purchased an extended warranty: three years, zero deductible, $2,000.

Mike Miller and Peyton were outstanding. It was a pleasant experience and a Win-Win. We will be back when our kids are ready.

Since I'm a foreigner in the US and still building up my credit score, not only I had a hard time finding a good dealer that will work their best to give me a good deal, but I had actually hard time even receiving good and respectful service from dealers.
I was going to buy/lease whatever car, really, but I decided to lease from here purely due to good service. There was another car I really liked before but gave up on it purely due to bad service also.
This wasn't even my first visit, my previous visit was too early and my credit score didn't even start counting back then, and I still received good service and support from here. Not planning to go anywhere else anytime soon, when it's time to change the vehicle either.
