We had issues with our refrigerator for the past 3 months. I called Service 1 and a tech came out to check our refrigerator. He knew exactly what the issue was and ordered the part. He put the new part on today and the service he gave us was professional and he was very helpful with removing the shelves from the refrigerator. Service 1 is well worth having and the tech that worked on our refrigerator left me a very satisfied customer. Thank you so much Service 1.

Service one never disappoints for the 6+ times I needed service. Larry was great getting my HVAC back to working quickly. I highly recommend their home warranty as I have had it the last 5 years. No one has been better.

I had my furnace checked and I am happy to say that it checked out ok. Randy was the service tech and was very knowledgeable and even let me know that my furnace would be happier and last longer if I were to use the right kind of filter. It wasn't a brand name he was trying to lead me to, but the way filters worked and why I was using one that was restricting air flow and would wear out the furnace quicker. I appreciated his teaching. Also, loved his personality. You could tell he loved what he was doing.

I've been using ServiceOne for over 15 years. They are so easy to work with and take a lot of fear out of being a home owner. Today Randy came out to repair my A/C. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made all the repairs at the time promised. Thank you Randy and ServiceOne.

Service to repair ailing furnace in a cold snap was quicker than others could offer. Discussion about a new furnace/AC took place with a helpful discussion & answering of questions. Installation followed—courteous, explained processes, got us heat right away, air conditioner installed within two weeks after. Fair price, seems like good equipment, great service.

Mike is so skilled and knowledgeable. He is courteous and friendly. We are so thankful for his quick working to get us heat when ours wasn't working during those extremely low temp days. He takes care of the homes he works in like his own. ❤

We had a great experience with service one they were very friendly and helpful. The workers were excellent, they brought us electric heaters to use,after they were finished they went through every detail with us.Would recommend them if you need a furnace/air conditioner.

Israel Martinez with ServiceOne is a thorough and professional furnace inspection. He took the time to check the burners, fan, filters, and even the condensation pump reservoir. Very pleased with his work.

The pipes were clogged on Sunday and Service One came the following Monday morning. As soon as they got here they went right to work. Once the issue was diagnosed, the pipes were cleared. They also recommended quality, safe products of their own to use on the pipes for preventative measures. I've had Service One for years and will continue to use them.

They've kept our furnace running well for over 20 years. The technician, Jason, who comes out is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Service One is definitely worth having!

The scheduler was very polite.She listened to my problem, selected the right department, and gave us a time for the repairman to check our problem. The repairman called ahead, and surveyed the situation and worked to solve it. The problem didn't cooperate and after many tries he left stating, if it started leaking again, call. The repairman was very neat and acted in a very professional manner.

Had an excellent experience with Service One tech Marty. Talked with him a bit while he installed a new water heater as previous one went bad. Extremely knowledgeable and most professional tech I’ve met!

They came for a furnace tune-up. Mike was very professional he answered all of my questions and performed his job flawlessly. Would recommend this service.
