Our salesperson, Sam, came out to greet us and showed us the Kia we were looking for. He helped us get the amenities we wanted and not more than we needed. He thoroughly showed us all of the features on the dash and steering wheel. We felt like we learned how to use the accessories and basic parts of the car, even how the trunk opens when you walk close to it with the key in your pocket or purse. We never felt pressured to buy. H + H Kia is by far my favorite dealership. We were hesitant to drive 3 hours to purchase a vehicle but had the best experience with Rob, Sam, Roxy and the person handling the documents. It was a vehicle we found online and the negotiation process over the phone was pretty straightforward. When we arrived the vehicle was ready, test drove it, signed the documents and we were out in 30.
