I want to leave this review for Auto world because they are great. I started looking for a van for my family because I have 3 kids 2 and under. Manny Lopez helped us get approved. He took good care of us. I can't express enough how greatful we our for them. I would highly recommend anyone who's in need for a dependable car come here. They take great care of their vehicles.

I am extremely happy and obsessed with my new car! I traded in my other car and was sad to see it go but absolutely love the new vehicle. The process was super easy getting approved and getting into a new car. They worked with my credit which was amazing and they were so friendly and understanding. I absolutely would recommend anyone to get a vehicle here!

Manny, Jose, & Evelyn are lifesavers. If you've ever had your car die in the middle of your commute home after work, with $0 until the payday, then you know dread and helplessness. Auto World Omaha made a miracle. They took my old car, financed my payments, and got me mobile the morning after the worst night of my adult life. This is the only place to go in Omaha for used vehicles. Ask for Manny, he's a rockstar.

My experience with Auto World is amazing! Manny and Evelyn are amazing. Manny was able to answer all my questions I had about cars, and he was very patient and helpful. Evelyn was very nice and fun to be around. The signing process was a breeze with her! I love my new vehicle and I will be referring everyone I know in need of a vehicle to these two. Jose is top of the line customer service. He treats you with respect and dignity. Worked very hard to help me get the best rate and deal for my new purchase, and was upfront and honest about my trade in, which we were on the same page about. Doesn't breathe down your neck. Has quality vehicles that speak for themselves. Highly recommend to others. I have never had such a relaxed feeling at any "BIG NAME/COMPANY dealerships."

Back at it again! I have purchased 2 vehicles myself from Autoworld (one was totalled and I immediately went back to them.) and now with the AMAZING help of Jose and his crew we got my mom into an amazing vehicle at such a good price. Auto world has gone above and beyond.most honest car salesman ive ever dealt with.refered family and friends.problems always come up buying used vehicles and there always happy to help.even pay out of there own pocket to make things right.not a buy here pay here car lot.they treat you like family.

Jose is my friend and I have known him since high school. He's always been a stand up guy and genuine. I was in a bind and needed a car December of 2019. Literally, right before Christmas. I hate the car buying experience. I reached out to Jose to see what he could do. Let me tell you , he made everything so easy and simple. I got a great car and at that time in my life everything sucked, even my credit! I've dated a couple car salesman and it's always a game. You never feel like that with Jose! When I say above and beyond , that man did it! Even if you don't deal directly with him anyone that works for him is just as genuine and caring! My friend purchased a car from him last night. She is thrilled with everything he did and loves the car. So.........if you want a great car with not alot of hassle , even if your credit isn't the greatest and you want honesty, forget everything you remember about buying a car and go with Auto World for a genuine experience and I bet you only buy cars from him!!!

I had been shopping around for cars and was having a hard time being I didn’t want to settle. I checked out several places before I landed here at auto world. Evelyn and Jose got me approved same day and put me in a car I manifested. They had no idea that I wanted another Kia, yet they put me in a Kia. There were some repairs that needed to be made being they had just got it so Jose took initiative and had them resolved. I dropped my car off and walked to the gym and received a call from the dealership telling me they didn’t want me to be with out transportation so they wanted to loan me a car to use while mine was being worked on. I’m sitting here now in bliss because I have never had an experience where an auto dealership wanted to make SURE their clients were taken care of. Also they don’t do extreme over pricing like the other dealerships do. If you are looking for a quality vehicle, great service, and to build higher credit, I 10/10 recommend Auto World. And Pat is also really great. Shout out to him for his superb customer service skills. This was my experience based on my credit. I can only guarantee they will do their best for you. They are not a low end dealer and they communicate thoroughly.

I love my car! I purchased a 2014 Subaru from Jose and his family about six months ago, and continue to recommend AutoWorld to all my car-shopping friends and family. I was treated so kindly and respectfully after some really awful experiences with big name dealerships in town. Jose answered all my questions, and was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. When I took the car to my mechanic for an inspection, he said, "I would buy this car for myself," and that's how I knew I'd found a winner. Thanks, Jose, for all your help and generosity! I can’t believe just how easy and enjoyable it was to get a new car here. Both Aaron and Jose were phenomenal with getting me my Kia and really helped me out with everything! My Saturn wasn’t doing so hot, so I needed something pronto. After getting referred here, it only took about little more than an hour to finish and get everything signed. I managed to get an amazing interest rate thanks to Jose and a great warranty. These guys are not only amazing, but they’re some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I am very satisfied with the service I received and I’ll definitely be coming back and continue doing business with them.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy at Auto World! It was my first time buying a car and Annabelle and Jose made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. They weren’t pushy at all. I got a great deal on the new car and a very fair trade in price on my old car. They also got me a great interest rate through a local credit union. Great small business to buy from!!

I had troubles getting approved for financing at three other dealers before a friend recommended Autoworld. GAME CHANGER! Jose worked to get me a great financing option. With that said, you would think the car I found with them would be a clunker or something but far from it. I’m in love with new (to me) car and Again José and his team went above and beyond as they actually did over 1k on upkeep and service on it to make sure it was performing exceptionally when I drove off the lot.

This place is awesome! I would definitely recommend to anyone! I had horrible credit, even had my last car repo’d and was able to get approved for a loan. I built my credit up paying my payments on time for 2 years. Then I was able to go get the SUV I’ve always wanted!! Jose is awesome and will be completely honest with u. Makes it a very simple stress free process!!
