I am very happy to say that great customer service is alive and well in the Upper Valley! My original appointment to have new tires put on had to be rescheduled due to equipment break down. Mark C. called me and was apologetic and very helpful in getting me in before a long road trip. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone I met was so friendly. The professionalism, friendliness, and humor I encountered at VIP was amazing, something I hadn't experienced for quite some time.
For all the women out there that have been treated like an idiot at some automotive places, you will NOT experience that at VIP. I was made to feel important and comfortable. Again, something I have not experienced in a long time.
From now on, VIP in West Lebanon will be my "go to" place for auto services. It will also be the place I refer people to who want great customer service, good prices and awesome overall experience.

The guys at VIP Tires are always honest, easy to talk with, and provide the services I need. I came in with a tire related problem and they listened to my description and offered a series of steps to diagnose, starting with the least expensive to more complex and found that simply re-balancing the tires fixed my problem for a very reasonable charge. That won my loyalty and I’ve been going back for two years now for all my auto needs. Nice people, great work, good prices… thumbs up!

This was my first experience doing business with them, and I couldn't be more pleased. They put the customer first and saved me money.

My flat tire could not be repaired, and they discovered a gash on another tire. Yet instead of trying to sell me four new tires, they said the remaining two were fine. They put those in front and put two new ones in back. They saved me hundreds of dollars.

In addition, despite my not having an appointment in a busy season, they did the repairs in only a few hours so I wasn't without my car for even 24 hours.

I highly recommend them for their integrity and response customer service.

I was traveling up to New Hampshire from Connecticut for a medical appointment for my son. As we were passing the Vermont border suddenly all of the warning lights in my car came on, a check engine light was there and my eyesight and other systems were disabled. I tried to figure out what was going on but couldn't and so I googled where the nearest repair site was. I was fortunately directed to VIP. When I got there the people there were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. They took my car in told me what they thought the problem would be, and were 100% correct in their analysis. They charged me nothing for the effort that they put in, and made our trip a more relaxing and confident one after our visit. I would recommend these people 100% for any automotive repair or concern. They are honest, helpful, and wonderful. When we move to New Hampshire in the near future, we will exclusively do business with the VIP chain as we have found them to be wonderful people to work with.

Terrific experience today for an oil change with no appointment on a Saturday morning. Steve (mgr) was very pleasant on the phone when I called to inquire and even nicer in person. Francesca checked me in (she was very nice and welcoming)....only took a little over an hour and the place was clean and seemed to be running smoothly. Steve couldn't have been nicer and I will definitely be back for other services and will recommend VIP Tires in West Lebanon to all me family and friends. Keep up the good work!

if you’re looking for a shop, that’s honorable and won’t take advantage of you. This is the place. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I had a great customer service. The mechanics that work there were so friendly and nice and did a great job with my car, to the man that got me all wrong up at the register 😃 he was such a great guy engaging and very efficient, worked fast when there was a line he processed everybody quickly. and on top of all that, they are friendly to our countries military. hope the owner gets to see this post so he knows that all of his guys are great and he runs a great shop.

The absolute best tire place I have ever gone to. The best on Earth. TV, free Wifi, amazing workers, free coffee, comfy waiting chairs. Can you think of anything better? I sure can’t. Come here with all your tire needs and no where else even if you live far away it is worth the drive

I was a walk-in met with kindness and willingness to help me out with an oil change. I am very grateful for this. The price for an oil change was great and right around what I usually pay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone 10 out of 10 stars.

They rarely miss a thing but if they do, they promptly make sure it's taken care of with efficiency and class. Mark is my favorite and has showed tenderness when I was hurting with worry over many of my cars issues. It's a safe and reliable team where you can bet you'll get the best price. They'll take care of you and offer only what you need without trying to pressure you with any upselling on their products. I highly recommend them and I won't be going anywhere else if I don't have to!

Recently had the pleasure of Stephen and his teams support. Breaking down is never a pleasure of course ( !) but once car towed to VIP the team were fantastic. Checking on local hire cars, transport support and accommodation for us. Stephen even dropped us off at hotel and waited to make sure they could accommodate us !. When it came to the work great service and addressed very quickly and very reasonable cost wise. Can't praise Stephen and the team enough !

Extremely happy with the service at VIP they are very thorough & never try to sell you parts you don't need. Mark is my favorite Employee always Extremely knowledgeable friendly & helped us through fixing our car & mirror at a affordable cost! Can't recommend these folks enough !

Brought in my car for some repairs and they couldn't have been better! Steve is the best! I had failed my inspection and they got my car back into ship shape within the weekend. Very helpful on the phone and in person, I'll always come back!

I recently had my car serviced at VIP and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mark Creighton and Stephen Ordway were incredible to work with. We were having issues with our brakes and we made an emergency pit stop. Mark and Stephen stayed past the 6pm closing and fixed the issue. They went above and beyond our expectations. 10/10 service.

Quick service and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All questions was answered without the feeling of being rushed or agitation, they were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

my father in law had a problem but after two try's at Wilson tire they blew him off( " it will be ok") by time he got home tire lost 3 pounds of air. every outfit was busy around town but VIIP said come on down. they fixed the tire and replaced on jeep.Total cost free!! We highly recommend this family outfit.!

I need a new battery and the place I bought the battery wouldn’t install it for me. These guys not only installed it but did it in 15m. I was in a pinch and they were more than helpful!

I'm a repeat customer, and I am in the area just three times a year. I feel this team is going to give you good advice and treat you fairly. Steve, Mark, plus a sharp young lady recently added (can't remember her name, sorry) will get you back on the road. Also took the time to explain updates after the service.

Very friendly staff. Excellent service. So far I’ve gotten snow tires for me and my wife and have gotten a state inspection for her car. Highly recommend
