Un-Dun'

I’m putting a review for Rhyane and Merry because they always cater and help you find exactly what you’re looking for and then some.
Speaking from a point of view who has been coming for a few years, they also love the job and are very knowledgeable in all areas.
They are always a bright light and greet with a smile as well, I love coming into Un-dun knowing the amount of effort the girls put into their job daily to make sure things are easy to find, and the vibe is easy going!
Usually when I come in, it’s a drive so I’m always spending a good amount of money. I’m glad to be spending it here with such quality and variety of product :)

love the staff and their new products. Their new "magic" products helped me heal from a long-term nerve injury. Definitely Appreciate Un dun and the owners !

I broke down in the parking lot of UN-DUN yesterday around 1:30 pm and needed shelter from the heat (95 deg.) till AAA arrived to tow me.

Merry, the manager, was so gracious to let me stay out of the heat and use the restroom. Unfortunately, my wrecker didn't arrive for 6 hours, and I had to camp out in the store and watch the customers come and go until they closed at 6 pm.

I am 70 years old and must say I haven't seen much customer service from store employees for quite some time. The younger generation doesn't seem to understand that good customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

I want to say that I was extremely impressed with Merry and her staff ( Rhyane, Hannah and Norm) as they quickly and cheerfully assisted the customers who entered their business.

I also watched their team work as they were re-organizing the space. They interacted in a very friendly and co-operative manner. It certainly renewed my faith in the younger generation

Plus, they have quite a selection of products to shop for.

All in all it was a very pleasant experience !!

My friend and I were shopping and we were helped by the most dynamic young woman! Ryan is an amazing person. You are very fortunate to have her on your staff! Thank you Ryan!

Not its a hippie store not just only thing silly people. Why not drive slow and go check it out. Its one of my fav place near me to walk to. And the people that work there are the best since they are always so nice and helpfull even when i need help thinking of a juice. Im sorry not all store are as cool as them in this area all time like that.

Amazing customer service.

They had been out of stock of a particular e-cigarette flavor for quite some time due to shipping complications. I was waiting in line to see what other comparable flavor they might have, and when it was my turn to speak to an associate they already had a similar blend ready and had me try it before I could even say what I was there for.

They had remembered me from my previous business, and established the reason for that visit based on such. Seemingly always willing to go the extra mile, this is the best smoke shop I have even set foot in.

As one of the few shops around West Leb. this one surely takes the cake. Craig and his team has always given top notch service since I moved this way back in May. As a glass enthusiast I can attest to their selection being the best around, lots of heady and local artists available (Natey Love, VT Boro, and others!). If you want below stellar service and china glass go elsewhere!

I give 5 stars! I decided to try out CBD after hearing all the great things it can do. I had no real knowledge about this item and I was overwhelmed with all the options. I spoke to Chris who works at un-dun and he was super friendly and helpful. I was actually surprised on how knowledgeable he was. It was a relief! He answered all my questions and more! I am very happy with my purchase and will 100% be a repeat customer. I was satisfied with the service and the product, couldn't ask for a better experience and I highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying CBD but not sure to go in and speak with Chris at Un-dun. Not even just CBD but I also made a glass purchase for my Husband for Valentine's day and the service and atmospshere was impeccable! Let's just say I have a happy husband as well, what wife wouldn't be amazed with that!

I only go for cigars and beer.

The sales people have obviously made a a significant effort to learn about cigars, and it shows. They have a very strong/diverse selection, and, even when the employees have not smoked a particular cigar, they have done their homework and/or spoken with other customers who have, and so are able to provide helpful advice and insights. Theyve clearly made a strong effort to be a top cigar seller for the area, and it shows.

Beer selection is excellent, though sometimes a bit pricy. Such is the craft beer market....

A good social environment, wide variety of Cigars and vaping products. Impressive ejuice selection, both premium and discount. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly and the people working there are helpful with their customers from Novice to Expert levels. Highly recommended.

Chris is the man and worth his weight in solid gold. His knowledge is spot on and will help anyone with any issue at un dun. We have been going for years. 1000 percent gospel. He will educate you on whatever you need. A true Vapeologist who studies the newest products and gives you the pros and cons of what works and what doesn’t. Very pleased and impressed with products and service. Very blessed to have met Chris and other workers. I wish I could give un dun 10 stars. The difference at Un Dun is that Chris and his employees take the time to help you not just try to sell you something. He takes the time to research what he tells you. I drive 1hr to go to Un Dun and do not put my name on anything or try something just for the sake of trying it. I truly believe in what Chris tells me even if I have looked at videos and articles about what I need. I could tell after going to Un Dun his knowledge and customer service surpasses my expectations every time I walk in. You will not be disappointed.

Nice place! Went to look for homebrew supplies, which they unfortunately don’t carry anymore. But the folks there were friendly and I wound up getting some beers from their mix-and-match collection, which is large and well-curated imo.

Everyone there is always helpful and knowledgeable, no matter what it is we go in looking for when it comes to vaporizers and the e-liquid. They also make their own and are awesome. Love the place and recommend it to everyone.
