Only complaints are that Dr. Bruce Singbeil doesn't charge enough, and he doesn't toot his own horn enough. We have been taking chickens to him for years. His diagnoses are robust and accurate every time. He is a longtime expert on chickens and did extensive research at UW demonstrating how to reduce tumor formation in chickens based on light levels, but I didn't know it until he happened to bring it up. Hey, do some bragging on your website, Doc! That's some amazing work! Also, I never feel like I'm being rushed.

Staff are all wonderful. The whole experience is fantastic through and through.

Everyone was kind and patient with my ancient cat, even when she was … not nice. I am pretty sure she would have lost her eye to a bad infection if not for Dr Bruce. She would have made a fine pirate kitty, but luckily neither of us has to resort to a life of piracy because the cost to keep her healthy was very reasonable- thanks, crossroads vet team!

One of a kind bird vet.
Knowledgeable
Compassionate
Without the care and compassion shown to us here Jocko would have died a year ago.

To the lady that said Dr. Bruce misdiagnosed her bird. You should be grateful that your bird is doing better. Unless you have another vets diagnosis you can’t call it a misdiagnose. I also have a bird recently diagnosed with an inoperable tumor.
I am pleased that he is hanging on and doing better for the time as we were bummed also with the diagnoses. Does not change the fact that the tumor my bird has will eventually take his life.
And posting twice on here to lower the Google stars is rude. Dr. Bruce has seen numerous of our pets from birds rabbits dogs Guinea pigs bearded dragon…. We appreciate him greatly and he is easy to get into see, not so much the other closest exotic vet whom we did try out and went back to Dr. Bruce.

I am a first time chicken owner and came into the clinic with my little Buff Orpington who was not well. Our experience here was wonderful. Dr. Bruce was thorough in his exam and very patient when explaining what might be wrong with our chicken. I feel so fortunate to find a place that not only treats chickens, but also understands that sometimes these animals are pets and are deeply loved. He treated us both with the utmost respect and that was not lost on me. I hope the rest of our flock stays well, but if they don’t, I won’t hesitate to bring them back here.

Dr Jen was so helpful and kind. The clinic was able to get me in same-day for my injured rabbit. The bill was very reasonable also.

Dr. Bruce and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful! They have taken excellent care of my entire families pets for several years and have always done a wonderful job! They are compassionate, realistic and very conscientious regarding unnecessary costs while still caring about the well being of our furry family members. Thank you Crossroads Vet!

If you've got a sick chicken and you live in Western Washington, this is the place to go. Dr. Bruce is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. He is gentle with the birds and does the exam in the room so you can watch procedures and learn. And, he kindly answers *all* of my questions (yes, I have a lot of questions).

In my experience, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Love the techs/assistants. No one ever treats my girls like they're "just chickens". The office is nice and clean, prices are reasonable. So, it's worth it to me to make the hour drive to bring my chickens (5 so far) to someone I trust. Many thanks to Dr. Bruce for saving the life of my little June-bug today. We're not out of the woods yet but she's eating on her own and feeling so much better. Sick chicken? Go see Dr. Bruce.

Increadably compassionate staff and Doctors. We have raised 4 puppies over the past twenty years with this clinic and 5 kittens. We have said goodbye to several of our furry friends in these office. I would not take my pets any place else for care.

Was hesitant taking my chicken here since there are a bunch of bad reviews and it was the first time i had ever brought in an animal to any vet. But i was able to get in super fast got a high recommendation from bird and exotic animal on aurora.

I was impressed by dr. Bruce’s knowledge about chickens. He has chickens himself and answered tons of my questions and talked me through what he was doing. I feel like his attitude matched my expectations as well- Lets do what we can within reason, lets not try anything that will be a high risk of recovery failure (i.e surgery). My girl had a semi impacted crop and he did what he could (flushed and massaged) got the mass down by about 50% and sent me home with some medicine and a detailed procedure of what i should do.

The cost was reasonable. And comparable to what i was quoted for the same thing at bird and exotic animal on aurora. I will be returning here.

I could not write a more glowing review of the care and service we have received by this office. The Dr's and staff are outstanding. They are professional, compassionate and very service oriented. We have had everything from surgery to wellness visits and one beloved dog and cat receive end-of-life care. Dr Bruce could not have been more compassionate and caring. I am a healthcare professional and believe this is a first class clinic.

Dr Bruce and his staff are wonderful, I have intrusted all of my pets to be in care of Crossroads vet and have felt they take great care and concern with my fur kids. Never have I felt pressure for unnessary medication or procedures and feel the price is on point for the care received. Shout out to Shawnae who has even pet sitted for me quite a few times and has helped to ease my anxiety about leaving my pets at home. Ran into Dr Bruce randomly having dinner and he was so nice to check on one of my cats currently having tummy trouble, great bedside manner if you ask me.

I have been a client of Crossroads Vet for the last 5 years, and I am pleased with the excellent care that my dogs have received from Dr. Bruce Singbeil and his amazing staff.

The Crossroads Vet team is professional, trustworthy, and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about animal care. I truly appreciate the patient and helpful customer care that I have received throughout the years.

From providing monthly nail trims for one of my pups, completing annual examinations, and addressing any veterinary medical questions/concerns that may arise, I trust the staff at Crossroads Vet in helping me manage the health care of my fur babies.

Dr. Jen was amazing. I previously went to an emergency hospital and that place was a total rip off. They asked for $$$ to do x-rays and blood tests which was not needed if they actually had enough experience! All it took was a professional like Jen to figure out that something was off in my Guinea pig's mouth(tumor) by doing a quick physical exam. We stopped giving her the meds prescribed by the emergency hospital and eventually put her down to end her suffering. I highly recommend this place.

It's not easy to find a vet who can treat chickens, but my hen has had great care here. I was able to get her in very quickly when I noticed that she had injured one of her legs. The people here are wonderful- very compassionate. My hen's leg was broken and is healing beautifully. I am very grateful for this vet and highly recommend them.

First I want to say this Vet was a life savior. We had an emergency and all vets were 8 to 10 hour wait in line. Obviously we cannot do that we have Saint Bernard 188 pounds. I called every Vet in the neighborhood (including our vet) and none could see him until next week. I called Crossroads Vet and they did not say no!!! They work the schedule so the doctor can see us on her lunch time (who does this!!!!!). We came and was seen immediately. We god diagnoses . Not only that with a big dog everything is very expensive, our visits always more than 200 dollars , god forbid we need medicine, just take out the mortgage . The bill came to less than 100 dollars including medicine, again OMG!!!!! So long story short we love the vet and will be transferring our dogs immediately.

I have been taking my dog, now two years old, to Dr. Bruce at Crossroads Vet. I have been extremely pleased with his expertise in his care and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vet.

I have had other vets from past years and honestly say he and his entire staff are the best I've had. They are efficient, caring; return calls, etc. It's also clean and neat.
