The best part about Dr Angert is written in some of her not-so-great patient reactions… Dr Angert’s no nonsense consistency comes across to some thin skinned folks these days as crass… what do you want? Dr or Smoke up your rear end. I moved to Saratoga springs 10 years ago, tried others but she’s a keeper. I’ve been through the institutional ringer so keep in mind, I’ve seen all kinds of hospital, doctor, rehab surgical settings but every family physician has to stick to what works for them… frankly, her squat demeanor, no nonsense attitude & tell it like it is gear… makes her the best personal physician I’ve ever had… But she’s not for everyone… if you need coddling and extra attention to non-topical stuff… she’s not for you…and I love that…

Im a new patient, she's great! She's thorough and firm, yet caring and kind!!!Her staff is amazing!! Soooo helpful and kind!! As another woman said, "I don't mind going to the dr anymore!" I wish I found her 17 yrs ago!!!

Dr. Angert and her staff are wonderful and very personable. They take their time, are thorough and really care about their patients.

Very direct and honest. Knows how to work with people and firm with a caring side.
I highly recommend her to anyone. She is great! Makes me not mind going to the doctor's office anymore.

Love Dr. Angert, her NP and the office staff. They get you in on time and see you right away. They care and they listen.

Her bed side manner is not for everyone. But she’s not a bad doctor. One star is ridiculous. Except for the cancer patient. I have had a few moments when I’m a lil frustrated.

First visit didn’t live up to expectations. Doctor didn’t introduce herself, she wasn’t wearing a white coat or something that would point out at least that she is a medical professional. She really doesn’t have the best bedside manner. She seems arrogant, unfriendly and judgmental.
I would rather have a doctor who listens to you with empathy and is able to explain the issue, rather than someone who thinks that paternalism is the way doctors should operate their practice.

Doesn't have the best bed side manners, kept having me come in for 10 minute appointments just to keep sending me away and prescribing me different medications without even explaining what they were and how they could help me. Did not help me or give me any hope, had to change doctors. Two stars because the office staff was at least nice.

has been my primary for years...never have been impressed and will be changing primary doctors. what sealed the deal for me was that at my last visit a week ago she asked when my last mammogram was?! ummmm...my last mammogram was in 2017 before my DOUBLE MASTECTOMY for breast cancer in April of 2018..i have 0 need for any mammogram and nothing left to even look at!!.im sorry what???!!!...my chart is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!! she did the physical clearance for not only THAT surgery in 2018 but also for my FULL HYSTERECTOMY in 2020! she has 0 bedside manner and dismissed many of my physical grievances over several years..my oncologist is finally pulling through for me with referrals to figure stuff out and was not happy about any of this after I told them within the same week of my visit to her..I am running away from dr angert as fast as I can!!

The Friday receptionist is extremely rude and short! Very unprofessional and zero empathy!! The practice should realize how this individual is treating people! This isn't the first time.

I’ve been going to this drs office for over 5 years. I missed my appointment because something personal came up. I called to reschedule and they just banned me from going there ever again. I don’t recommend this place.
