Michael's Italian Feast

Ate there with my daughter last night. Went to eat in the east dining room and it was freezing cold. Told waitress and she mentioned the other dining room with fireplace. They carried our food in there and they actually lit the fireplace for us! They are so friendly and accommodating! And the food was excellent! We WILL be back! Thank you owner and staff!

I've never had a bad experience here. Their dine in area is clean and family friendly, the orders are never messed up, there is a drive through area for fast pickup so you don't have to go inside if you don't feel like getting out of your car, they have some of the best bread around and you get alot of food for the money, especially when getting a feast

Delicious food. I had ravioli and mom had spegatti. Large harty portions.

The best pizza bread to get is that place I would love to work there but I don't want to get a job in this world yet. I want to wait for the near future to get a job where I live is in Washington or everyone would call it sunnyland .

A great place for dinner or a quick Mikes sub , drive thru works great!👍 the servers are always friendly and seem to care about what they do!

Been coming here for years. Good food. It's in a converted service station but nicely fixed up. The food is always great. I like the beef and cheese sandwich well done. Or the regular foot long is great. Order mayo. Other items very good too. Bathrooms could be better but what do you expect from a old gas station.

Micheals is a great place to eat with a very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Had a great time.

I order as the glorious meatball sandwich and the gal that took my order wrote it on the container. Added a smile to my meal when I got home.

Delicious, affordable, casually elegant. I'm from East Peoria so this is like "Washington's Avanti's" (and if you haven't been to there yet either, you need to) to me, and it's always a crowd pleaser. Italian that's not really fancy but is an upgrade from say, fazoli's, with excellent, almost sweet and soft homemade bread. Their garlic bread is great and the service is always good when I'm there. Has a nice sit down area that's very family-friendly, but you order at the window when you first walk in. Perfect for ordering out--our favorite quick bite is the family feast which for I think 22 bucks feeds 4-6 people with bread, sandwiches, spaghetti, salad, and soda. Also for th it individual dinners the portion sizes are very large. A staple to Central Illinois, and definitely worth a visit.

Everything is fantastic here though I am partial to the hot ham & cheese along with the pizza bread. Do yourself a favor use the call ahead drive through for fast and friendly service!

Hadn't dined here for years, but wanted a pasta meal. The spaghetti with meat sauce was plentiful and delicious! A ample serving of garlic bread and tasty salad. Looking forward to the leftovers. The price seemed higher than I expected, but it's refective of every where nowadays.

This had been a favorite of mine since Mike opened the place. Whenever I come home to visit, I have to stop here. I was just in town last weekend from Thursday to Monday and I ate there 3 times. No regrets 😁

When you order they bring it to you and the portions you get you won't leave being hungry that's for sure my son and I went there with some friends and their grandson when the 2 boys had a bowling tournament in Peoria,IL. The food was great . 👍 👍

The food is wonderful! It is impossible to find a place with fresher food. All the bread, spaghetti, sauce are made fresh everyday. The smell of fresh baked bread can as be smelled as it is baked continuously all day long. Meats and cheeses are sliced in house. Every now and then you’ll receive a hot sandwich that could have used another minute in the oven bc cheese isn’t quite melted in the center, I think this is staff getting into a rush and trying to send the entire order at the same time. I do find it to be a bit expensive based on my income, so I don’t go as often as I’d like. You are paying for a fresh, quality, great tasting product however.

We love their pizza and sandwiches but this time my husband had the sausage sandwich and I ordered the cheese garlic bread and it was the best we ever tasted. The salads we ate were also good and then we ordered 6 sub sandwiches for our camping trip. I cut them up double wrap them in ziploc bags and they lasted for lunches for all of us over a weekend. They stay so fresh have to replace the lettuce on some but no problem. I would give them 10 stars if able.

Food is good. The in-house eating is comfortable and small. It seems like it's not a popular place, but a lot of business is take out and catering. The food is worth it! Best sauce and bread in the area!! Michael's has been around for years, is a big employer of high school students, and is well-involved in the community. If you don't know about Michael's, you're not from around here!

I deliver with DoorDash quite a bit, and this place is always fast, friendly, and accurate with the orders. I dont think I've ever waited for more than five minutes even for a $50 order. I can't really express how appreciated this is for someone that delivers. Plus the food is great!

I love this place - it was a frequent stop for me for about 10 years. I have literally stopped and ate their bread as a meal, but I also love their sandwiches. The whole family likes this place - easy to pick up and take home. The sauce is a little acidic for me, but the bread... wowser.

First time here. We had pizza burgers and Italian meatballs sandwich. Both were excellent!

Been eating here 30+ years -- the renovations are nice and menu has expanded. Still, our favs are pizza bread, meatball sandwhich, pizza burger, and some of the pasta. Many times we stop in for bread or garlic bread for our home meals. Decent food for the price....local business!
