Best local mom & pop style diner. Open 24hrs, has an extensive menu, friendly service, good food, and reasonable prices. Bob's is undoubtedly a go-to for my friends and I. Definitely recommend checking this diner out at least once if you're nearby.

Gives the classic feel of a diner from a movie. Great waitresses, more than enough good food for a nice price. The service takes it over the top though. They make you feel welcomed.

I am a truck driver, I was in your area. Stopped in for a bite to eat not knowing exactly what to expect. Hands down I love this little restaurant! From the old school rock music to the atmosphere was nothing but fabulous. Mandy was my waiter she is professional and friendly. Might not be the most elegant place to go to but it’s a country vibe that definitely makes you feel at home. Thanks for being open! Cheap prices! Great food!!!!

I always love eating here the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. You can't beat 24/7 hours.

No frills. And that's partially why i love it. Great tasting food with a wonderful hometown feel. I first went there 25 years ago while I was in college and it's still the same now as it was then. And that's why i keep coming back whenever i happen to be nearby.
PS always ask for gravy cheese fries over home fries. You went be disappointed. Haha

Delicious ...hot...big bagel! Delivered in snow 2 ft deep..he handed me the bag over a snow drift!
Second meal hot turkey and cheese..so much meat.. is delicious and a meal delivered hot.
Very pleased and full now.

Went here with my boyfriend and the food is always amazing and has huge servings. But the reason I chose to leave a review this time was the hospitality was amazing last night. Abigail(I think she said this was her name 😬) was the absolute sweetest and made me feel like I knew her my whole life.

The food and service isn't luxurious or over the top but it's exactly what I'm looking for at 12am when I want I big plate of pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, and some home fries. It's an extremely relaxing atmosphere, and I've never had any issues there.

This was recommend to me by another Truck driver because its 24hr place. You can park a bobtail here... looked like the kinda hole in the wall place you would see on diners and dives. Service was great, place was worn but clean, very clean. Food was fresh and believe the soups was house made. Definitely reasonable prices at today's food cost.

Our usual breakfast spot in downtown Troy was closed today being President's Day, so after some Googling and rejected drive-by alternate options, we made our way across the river and found this great diner. Staff all very friendly, breakfast options and coffee all were great. Will happily come again on a future visit to see our son at RPI.
