I love how the store clerk takes care of the customer. Teresa is awesome. Very polite and friendly. She helped me get a good discount with my Kohl's card. I love this store. They have good quality clothing and apparel.

We love Kohl's. Most of our clothes shopping is done there. We like the styles and prices. Kohl's often has sales or if you have a Kohl's card you get Kohl's cash to use on purchases. We have also bought luggage, kitchen pots and pans and even jewelry there. Danielle helped us on checkout today and she was awesome.

We went in an exchange, some items that we had ordered from Amazon! The gentleman behind the counter was so amazing and showed me very great customer service. We will definitely be back to Kohl’s to go shopping next time because of this experience.

Unfortunately I must have went on a bad day, my first time to replace my 10 year old closet fashion and this is what I got CUTE FUN COLORFUL CLOTHING, with demos showing me how to mix up some clothing wear! Love it... However I went to pay and I'm not joking when I say I almost fainted. I got out to me car had a panic-attack so if your old and on a budget and have a small fear of shopping this place wouldn't be for you. However if I wasn't scared to replace my old worn out clothing and didn't have to worry I would go her every once in a while like around the season opening changes. No customer service in site! No big girl sizes I'm still worried because there are no changing rooms. Store was very clean, parking was not hard to access or walk to the enter. Shopping bags for product was made from well qualities so no bags tore. The store floor arrangement is open and easy for any persons with a disability to walk around, scoot, or wheel around with ease.

I love the Amazon Return at Kohl's! You just bring the item for Return, no need to package it (FREE). They take it from you, give you a $5 off @ Kohl's coupon and hand you tracking info.

I'ma keep it real as I always do. It has been years since I have felt compelled to actually buy anything at Kohl's. I only visit this place to drop off my Amazon returns, so for that alone, I am grateful. Thanks for being the best return bin, Kohl's. You're doing great.

I've sent back two pair of pants and replaced them for the same price or less right then both times. Great deal!

I've only been here a few times so far and each time it was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first time I went I got two pairs of pants that were two small, luckily they have an 180 return policy. I went back and returned a pait ( I forgot one pair but I know it will be easy to return next time I go.

Store is always clean, you can find a couple good deals especially in their clearance. The quality is nice. The employees were quick to greet and thanked me on the way out. Couldn't ask for much more really. Pretty good store

Nice store with great sales associates. They are very helpful and friendly. Customer service is in the far back corner which makes for a nice walk. The store is clean and well organized. Good selection of merchandise. Khol's cash is always a nice bonus.

Nice central cooling, friendly staff with smiles on their faces! I walked in, and looked for a cute simple ring for my girlfriend just to make her happy. The jewelry was really close when I already walked in. Families looked happy, the place smelt great, the store was also cleaned, and fully stocked! I got a nice, nice ring for a price no one can beat! Thank you Kohl’s.

Kohl's has a variety of options from clothing to housewares. The prices are good, and the sales are great. They offer good quality items. The Amazon return service is a fantastic addition. They make returns easy, provide tracking and give you a store discount to use. The employees are friendly and they do a great job with Covid safety.

Great service. Surprisingly never been in a Kohl's before, so that was pretty cool to experience. Came to drop off a package. They had a lot of deals going on. From what I saw prices where 15%-50% off. And with the discount I got on the return package receipt I can add it to the store discount. Which is awesome.
