A super variety sporting goods store! Just about everything and anything for the out and indoor activities; camping, fishing, footwear, clothing, racket sports and so on! My favorite store for shoes and with great prices!

We needed size 14 extra wide wrestling shoes for our son. We called literally everywhere. Your store was the only place to have them. Your sales rep Greg was so helpful and friendly. When we got there he showed us multiple shoes and gave us great advice and multiple options. We have been going to this store for years and love the great service we get!

I have problem feet. I went in Big 5 in Layton and told Greg my feet problems, and he recommended the perfect shoes, so I bought 4 pairs of them. Rare occurrence to receive that type of Customer Service anymore. Greg is a gem!!!

Great staff and great product selection. We came here for weight lifting equipment specifically some resistance bands and the employee that helped us was amazing! And got us right to the right place! Would definatly come back here in the future

Great store with friendly staff. This seems to be larger than other big 5 I have been to and definitely has more in stock than other stores I have visited. All around great place. Sign up for the emails and you will receive a deal of the day which are pretty great! I just got a pair of Swiss shoes for $20 when they are selling for $65 online.

Had what I needed, even though out of season. People were super helpful. Called another store for me and held some stuff for at another store too.

Now let’s get to the meat of this chat. What is the big 5? The clerk said it was lions and tigers and bears and big game animals. I doubt buy it. I suggested sports - NHL, NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS - and get this another clearly suggested it was lacrosse. So go figure.

I don't know the manager and staff turnaround over the years, but I always get great and friendly service here, including today. One young worker this morning appeared to be new, because he didn't know where something was, but the young lady at the counter was very nice in telling him where. Friendliness and courtesy to co-workers, not just customers, counts for a lot.

Got an amazing deal on river/hiking socks,
It's hard to find a size that fits my small feet. I can find something in adult or kids size to fit me.

The gentleman helping us find football cleats was very nice and extremely knowledgeable! Great experience!

Very impressive service with shoe sales. I came in with 3 kids and everyone was both helpful and friendly.

I didn't catch their names but the 2 young ladies that helped and held an item for us were amazing! They went above and beyond being helpful and they were extremely friendly and nice. My son also threw a massive tantrum so I'm sorry to the employees for the screaming/way he acted!

Whenever I go there, the staff are always willing to help me with shoes or whatever I'm looking for. Brian, the store manager, is friendly, professional, and gave me a great discount since my son works at the Big 5 in Logan. When it comes to athletic shoes, we always go there first because these prices can't be beat.

They were very helpful guided me in the right direction. My son was escalating at the time he is 29 years old and was having a melt down. They could hear him from the car understood my situation and helped me check out quickly and was very polite to us. Thank you for having a great staff. My son has Autism and is Manic bipolar. Thanks again🤩❤

Great selection for shoes/hiking boots. I did get my two pair from the men's section as I have a wide width requirement. The running shoes are AMAZING and the hiking boots are so supportive. I chose to try some hiking socks and I will be back for more. The very helpful staff was great to have at my disposal. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and professional with me. I would suggest a bigger selection for women in these categories because I know it would increase sales. Shop BiG 5 always. Avoid mall shops for shoes.

Good and clean store. Prices are fair, but have to pay attention to sale items. Customer Service isn't that great, but overall great experience.

The sales associate was very friendly. I went in looking for work boots for my husband. She helped guide us in the right direction and I found something that should work. She said if it doesn't work out to come back with the receipt for a refund. With customer service like that I will definitely be back.
