JCPenney is soo beyond awesome!! We recently saved a lot of money with our coupons and you can too by finding great deals and using coupons too!! Everyone is super nice and helpful!!

This was my first time in a JCPenney since recently reading how about the newest CEO and the changes he's making go to the stores convenient. I really like what I'm seeing. The selection is truly appealing and the prices are great. Staff is friendly and helpful

The salon is amazing. My stylist Rachael Bradshaw makes me feel like I am the only person in the world. She is worth her weight in gold.

I wanted to share a great review of a particular employee here. Her name is Anna, and she was a phenomenal employee. She made sure I had what I came for when I couldn't find it myself. She was also friendly and caring, did not make me feel overwhelmed when paying for my items. I love her style in customer service. I never had someone help me at Jc Penney's like her!

Grandmother used to work at this particular store. Staff is amazingly helpful. One clerk in particular personally took oma on the elevator to the departments we were going to herself and made sure that we were all well taken care of. Other employees that she worked with love seeing her and ones that she hadn't worked with recognize her and comment on how sweet she always is. So if recognizing your customers, and being happy to see them isn't good customer service then I guess not only are they not doing their job then neither am I. So 10/10 for the amazing staff at the JCPenney in the Layton Mall.

Came in with only 30 minutes til closing. Wife needed anew dress for a wedding. Friendly staff helped us find the dresses she liked in her size.
Waited by a door that they were locking for us to make our way out.

Great experience, I immediately appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the location. I found two pairs of shoes, a couple of shirts for my husband, socks, and mascara. No one hassled me, everyone was helpful, definitely a great representation for the company!

I've been going to Mariah for years, she is truly knowledgeable, skilled and up to date on techniques. I'm a brunette who tends to go lighter and have never left unhappy with my color or cut. My daughter absolutely loves getting her cut with Mariah and gets so many compliments. She truly is amazing and always reliable.

Great quality clothes for excellent prices! The store near us closed a year ago. Went to this one, having forgotten the great deals we used to seek out. We found lots of great school clothes my kids loved and were prepared to spend a few hundred dollars. At check-out, we received a surprise coupon and only spent $150😃

I dealt with Sapphire the other night and she was amazing! Her customer service was above and beyond great. I was very happy shopping here after dealing with her. It would be a wonderful world if every person I dealt with each day was like her. She really went the extra mile to help me and it was amazing!

Dear J.C. Penney, please do NOT go the way that Sears went! Stay! This particular two-level store in the Layton Hills Mall is bright, stocked, and nicely decorated. I went looking for male sweaters and they had multiple options in various styles and price ranges. I bought so many sweaters my wife thought I was insane. It's nice to shop in a great store where one can see and feel and try on the top-quality merchandise before buying, instead of the online option where one purchases while sitting in the bathroom and then never knows what will actually be delivered. It's nice to mingle with other shoppers and friendly customer service reps. Don't leave us J.C. Penney!

I've been shopping at JCPenney for 55 years. My great-grandmother shopped at JCPenney I don't know whenever they opened and she was born in 1896. Their clothes and jewelry have been and are always excellent quality! They always take excellent care of me, which is a good thing because today I had to return about 15 shirts I bought for myself. These shirts were too big, the staff got me in and out with no trouble! Their 90-day return policy is excellent and totally helped me out!!!

I did the survey but didn’t have a space to mention Ashley. She helped me today in the jewelry dept. she was very helpful and went above and beyond.

I always have good experiences here and typically find several good deals as well. The store is nice and we'll organized. I am glad to have Penny's around, especially as other retailers have struggled (Sears comes to mind).

Always a great selection. Sometimes the prices can be high but this isnt walmart and you get what you paid for. This store is great especially when you can hit there sales to keep price down. My wife shops at the sephora inside and really likes it.

The customer service at this location is incredible. I actually had a horrible experience at the Riverdale location and the manager Hillary from the Layton store emailed me and was more than accommodating. I sadly won’t be back to the Riverdale location but the Layton location has a customer for life.

Love me some JCPenney. Got a deal today on the most amazing men’s cologne for my husband today. I think it’s more for me then for him holy moly this stuff is great. Ladies one smell of this will light the fire in you so I highly recommend you go get some Mont Blanc Legend but make sure he only wears it when he is with you! Besides Sauvage which does pretty much the same thing I believe Mont Blanc is my new favorite. He is dousing himself in it now because he knows what it does to me LOL. Your welcome!

I want to thank the associate Flora last night for going the extra mile to get my watch fixed. She brought me up stairs to Time's Ticking, paid for it out of her own pocket and the young man fixed it. Thank you so much Flora!!!

Always a great store. Staff is always eager to assist. Lots of variety too.
