I recently went to Shauna to get my hair colored and it was such a wonderful experience! My hair was super dry and had a lot of breakage from doing color from box dyes for many years. Shauna worked her magic and the transformation was absolutely gorgeous!! The color turned out so beautifully and Shauna helped restore all the dryness I had. My hair felt so soft after and I never thought my hair could look so stunning. Thank you Shauna so so much for doing such an incredible job with my hair! You are truly talented and just absolutely amazing. After leaving the salon, I got emotional with just how thankful and happy I was for Shauna and can’t thank her enough for making me feel so much more confident in myself and feeling so beautiful!!!

Shauna is amazing!! I have very acne-prone skin and struggle with scarring and redness. The plant peel left my skin smooth for the first time since, I can't even remember when, and calmed my complexion so I was left with no redness and a really beautiful glow. Shauna also detoxed my curls - they can finally breathe again! She cleared away all the product buildup and put a conditioning treatment in that gave my shine back. I left the spa feeling so good about myself! And she advised me on a simple skincare routine that would help with the issues that I had brought up in the consultation. I'm really thankful to have met Shauna not only for the services she provided, but who she is, the energy she gives, and how she took care of my family and I. Thank you so much Shauna!

My mom, sister and I had the most wonderful experience with Shauna this weekend. It was my mom's 60th birthday and I booked facials for all of us for the day. Shauna took such great care of each of us, personalizing the facial to our needs, adding massage, even helping my mom and sister touch up their hair because we were celebrating afterwards. She also gave us with some sample products. Truly above and beyond service and made my mom feel so special on this big birthday.

My facial worked wonders on my skin-- I'm 6 months postpartum and had a lot of puffiness and fluid retention, as well as some breakouts. My skin was glowing and my face was much less swollen afterwards.

I was planning a spa weekend for my daughter and I. I called the Spa and Shauna called me back. Together we planned a spa visit at High Peaks in Lake Placid. We had our spa time today and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Shauna did our amazing facials. And folks, this is not a normal run if the mill type of facial. Shauna treated face, neck, decoupage, and feet! It was wonderful! Then Niki did our nails. They turned out really nice and she was very nice and professional. If I ever return to LP I will come back to the Spa & Salon at High Peaks as long as Shauna is there! Thank you ladies for a wonderful day!

Shauna did mine and my sisters hair a few weeks ago and she is amazing! This is a very comfortable, yet professional workplace. Shauna made sure we were comfortable and she did exactly what we asked for. She is very likable and wonderful to talk to about anything. She did an amazing job on mine and my sisters hair and we plan to be going back to Shauna in the future for more!:)

I've been going to Shauna for the past two summers and will keep going back. She does an amazing job helping choose the best color for me that not only looks great but holds up to the sun, wind and water damage that I put my hair through. Shawna is a master colorist. She spent time just evaluating my hair/color before making recommendations about what to do. She worked with me- her expertise, my desires. My cut was also awesome. I highly recommend this salon & this stylist. She is very talented & worth the money!

Valentine's day weekend! We decided to spend the weekend in Lake Placid to celebrate and stay at High Peaks Resort. I booked a stress massage for my hubby and a facial for myself.

I needed my bangs trimmed and stopped in to the Spa & Salon at High Peaks Resort. Shauna M Donnelly not only trimmed my overgrown bangs, but blended the rest of my crazy layers and made my hair look incredible! I wish I lived closer so she could do my hair all the time. My daughter and I had gel manicures done for my sister’s wedding. Our manicures were extremely well done and the staff was great and excited to chat with us about the upcoming wedding. The staff was also helpful in telling us about other stores in the area and had info on where to eat, etc. It was a great start to our weekend wedding adventures! We received several compliments on our nails as well!

Shauna does such an amazing job in all areas of the salon but what she is especially exceptional in is hair coloring. What she accomplishes is her art! You can tell that she loves what she does and she goes above and beyond to make sure that when you leave the salon you are feeling beautiful!

Had my wedding hair and make up trial done with Shauna. She really listened to my requests and delivered exactly what I was asking for. Overall excellent and professional service! Looking forward to the final product on our big day.
