Columbia Riverwalk Apartments

been here about 3 years now, I enjoy the most about the apartment is the space and the highly elevated ceilings, 9ft if I'm not mistaken. the patios are great compared to most in tri-cities from what I've experienced. great views and quick access to the trail for a walk or run. personally have had all my issues cared for in a timely manner by maintenance. and the worst thing I dealt with here was people parking in my paid spot over the weekend when nobody was in the office, the manager gave me a signed form to have permission to tow and no longer had an issue. the noise is reasonable to me, noise should be expected in an apartment complex, fortunate enough not to have neighbors that respect the noise curfew.

We’ve officially been living here for about 2.5 weeks. Diana & Val were very helpful and nice. I was hesitant to move here because of some of the bad reviews but we decided to sign the lease and give it a chance. Glad we did, we have had a great experience here so far. I have yet to hear neighbors being “loud” or see homeless people walking around in the complex. I feel safe walking around at night. Its a quiet & clean apartment complex. The bathrooms and bedrooms are big and we love the 9ft ceilings! There is not much room for a dinning table but thats ok because we eat on the kitchen island where the sink is. Of course if you have a smaller couch you could fit a dinning table. The balcony is hugee! The view of the river is beautiful!

Been living here 3 years and I love it. Diana is a very helpful person and very nice. I Love to sit outside the balcony and see the sunset. I like that there is a walk path that leads to the trail. Maintenance always keeps it clean outside. It is now a gated community, such a beautiful place to live. 🙂

Moved in September of 2023. Never had a more easy move in with great staff at colombia river walk apartments. Always on top of maintenance. Beautiful views of the Colombia river and tri cities. Very quiet and great privacy with gated community! Would recommend to family and friends 10/10! Can’t find better apartments for this price anywhere!

I love everything.
I love the apartments, more than anything I liked the view they have.
The staff is very friendly and always there to help you.
And the apartments are prettier in person than in photos.

I personally don't live in these apartments but I highly recommend them from an outside point of view, gated community so unwanted people stay out, a very clean parking lot an a beautiful view from the balcony, very spacious in the apartments an high quality, minor issues but nothings perfect everything always gots a little wear an tear in it eventually, overall perfect for someone's future home😁

I recently had the pleasure of working with Diana when looking for my Apartment. From day 1, Diana was extremely responsive and had great suggestions based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Diana was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes of having any concerns there isn't any question on who i will go to! Thanks Diana for teaching me everything as a first time renter

This place is awesome. I am waiting for my lease to be over so I can move in. I had a great experience with Diana while touring the place she was very professional and courteous. These are great luxury apartments fully equipped. I can't wait.

My Mom and I moved in during the middle of July and I really enjoy it here. We used to live near Kennewick in another apartment complex but we moved so my Mom could be closer to work. Every morning she opens the slider door and walks on the deck and me and her just take in the view. There is some noise that can be heard by the neighbors but it doesn't disturb us. I'm just making this review on behalf of my Mom and I because we really enjoy it here.

I was able to take a tour of these beautiful apartments the most amazing river view! I met the ladies in the leasing office Diana and Val they were very professional. I am looking forward to moving in soon :)

I had a tour and Diana is the best, she was very courteous profesional and love the way she welcome me. Definitely will be filling out an application. Also, the view from this property towards the river is breathtaking.

These are new luxury apartments! Beautiful high ceilings with all new appliances! Yesenia made moving in so quick and easy for us very fast at helping me when need be she’s so nice and made the experience of living here that much more delightful!
