Joe and the team where GREAT! I needed snow tires put on rims, then on the car and my summers taken off. They got it done in 2 hours. Bagged my old tires so my car didn't get dirty. Found my new lugs and had them waiting for me. Such a great experience.

Went there on Christmas Eve afternoon to drop off an unexpected flat tire. I was greeted right away with detailed information on a new tire and the guarantee associated with it. Though I made it clear to the manager on duty that there was no need to rush and get it done and that I could easily come back the day after Christmas; I was told that they would get on it immediately. Their immediate was within 10 minutes the job was done. Great job by the entire team!!!

I thought I had a nail embedded in one of my tires and the low air pressure light was on. Even though they were extremely busy, they got to my car within an hour. It turned out to be a pebble stuck in the tread that looked like a nail. They didn't even charge for their time, although I would have paid! I was very satisfied and will be dealing with this Mavis location in the future. (Important! This is the Mavis at 1490 E Ridge Rd, not the one at 795 E Ridge Rd!)

The guys at mavis hooked me up. Walked in because my wife got a flat tire. I had an inflatable spare that needed air. Edwin didn’t hesitate to help out in a tough situation. Highly recommend them!

I had a tire that had a slow leak in it. They found that it was in the valve stem. It was a stainless steel rim that was really rusted. The leak was at the valve stem. They were able to slow the leak down but not guarantee it was going to stop so they did not charge me for the tire check. I would bring my car back there for sure.
