I had an issue with mail being delivered and the manager was awesome about the situation. Thank you to all of our postal workers!

After a rocky start and our mail being delivered to the wrong address on a regular basis I have to say our "Newish" mail carrier is doing a FANTASIC job here on Long Acre Rd. He is the BEST! Thank you so much for taking the time and caring that our mail is being delivered appropriately.

I use this post office often and always have had friendly service. It is usually pretty busy but the employees do their best to move the line along. Surprised by some of the negative reviews, as I said I mail packages often and never had an issue or seen an issue. Keep up the good work.

Always super busy but they move pretty fast

It is a pleasure corresponding with Yolanda and Shy when I go here. I needed help processing mailing my passport and they took all necessary steps to make sure I had all the proper documentation in the envelope. The line moves very quickly and the employees are very efficient!

I love this branch, they're open early, always have multiple lines open, and manage to do their jobs despite the surly customers they have to deal with. They are way more inexpensive to ship with than FedEx or UPS, deliver to more places, and as a regular customer, I have never had a problem in ten years of doing regular business as an ebay shipper.

Annette is a awesome clerk and has a good frame of mind.She is professional and courteous.
Saturdays they close at 2 pm, but dontvwait till last minute.

Personally, it was a good experience and a great place to get your passport! The young man who helped us, Alex, was very professional and helpful, with a very fast work pace.

Great post office!!! several family members work here 20 yrs plus Always friendly clea . Sometimes a wait. But worth it for the servic . Few others I've been to their customer service is horrendous!!!
