Orrett was incredible. Showed up early with in the given time window. He gave me a call to allow me to know that he was 30 minutes away. Upon arriving he put covers on his boots and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and began to solve it right away. What was supposed to be an easy fix became a project due to old plumbing my house had but Orrett managed to get the town water department on the line and they showed up within minutes to turn my water off. He then installed a new shut off valve since my old one was bad and then added two new pressure valves an something else that was needed. Long story short this company is great and they always handle things in a timely manner. 5 out 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to any friend. Also ask for Orrett he's one of the best.

I have been a member of Aqueduct and now Call The Bee service plan for several years now. I had some plumbing needs recently and they were able to facilitate a next day appointment easily. I cannot say enough good things about Michael. He was on time, communicated amazingly well about what needed to be done, and his work was outstanding. Would highly recommend his services to anyone that needs them.

After the company switched ownership, Evett was so responsive/supportive with scheduling and with all the paperwork needed for permits. Carlos assisted with all the work needed on the hot water tank in order to finalize permits. He helped on more than one occasion, was very professional and kept the area clean each time after all the work was completed. He also answered any questions I had. Thank you again for all of their help!

The technician, Nicholas Charlton, arrived ahead of schedule for the service call. He called first to make sure the timing was alright - fine by me!!

Nicholas was knowledgeable, professional and maintained a very pleasant demeanor throughout our dealings. He quickly diagnosed the issue, answered all my questions and then left for a brief time, returning with parts to complete installation. Within just a few hours we were all squared away.

Thank you for your assistance Nicholas! I was also pleased with the office experience during scheduling. We will look to Aqueduct a.k.a. Call the Bee the next time we need plumbing services.

Update: free plumbing inspection with Orrett was a relatively quick and smooth appointment. Provided me with various options on updates and replacements all in a professional and un-pushy way. Another great experience with the 🐝!

Prior review: Responded to an urgent need to replace the boiler and hot water heater prior to the first snow of the year. Derek orchestrated the new machine to replace the old units, and Daniel and Carlos did the installation; all were easy to work with, handled all of our "dumb" questions with no judgement, and kept the process moving along as quickly as possible while providing thorough service.

I bought a house recently that came without AC system. I had a terrible experience with a firm from outside the area which wasted a week of my time and money. My mom found Derek and things started to turn for the better. Nothing but support, professionalism and guidance every step of the way. Everything that was promised was delivered and on time. Even when there was a slight misstep, it was compensated for on the back end. I would also like to give a special thank you to Nick, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He did a wonderful job making sure the units were installed and functioning. 10/10 for all your AC needs!

When we first noticed a septic backup on a Sunday afternoon, I did not think we would be able to get someone over to our house that day. Nicholas saved the day! He was courteous, neat, and most importantly got the job done. He did us a great service, and answered my all of my questions.

Excellent emergency service for a Boiler Leak! Evett did a great job finding a technician within 24 hours and was excellent in following up with us until they arrived. Noel and his assistant were great. Very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Also found another issue not associated with the situation that will be taken care of as soon as possible. Couldn't be more pleased.

My experience with Noel Montanez-Cancel at Call the Bee was incredible. Not was he Incredibly polite and respectful, he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I felt as though he was one of my friends taking care off me and listening to my needs and concerns as though I was family. Call the Bee is very lucky to have an employee like him.

Our hydro air system on the second floor was blowing out cold air. I called Aqueduct (Call The Bee Plumbing, etc.) and two days later they sent Fermin Gonzalez on Friday. Fermin wasted no time in getting to the source of the problem. He is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable, and best of all, he did not waste time. Monday the part came in and Fermin came and installed it right away. It is hard to find honest and knowledgeable technicians. Thank you very much.

I don't do social media and I rarely write reviews but when they're deserving, people deserve the credit. These guys are legit and take the time to do the work right and that includes determining the problem in order to determine the right solution. Getting things done right is rarely a bargain but cheap is expensive in the end so if you find a good service company, be thankful! Special thanks today to Fermin and Carlos, who have been excellent in both the plumbing and HVAC. But everyone in this company has been a pleasure to deal with including on the admin side, where they are responsive - unlike bigger competitors who build their brand with ad budgets instead of good work. The truck that was a duck is now a bee. That will only make sense when you see them on the road - and you can't miss 'em. Recommended!

Carlos did an excellent job for dr gladys rashkoff and I will recommend him to anyone he is a very good worker plus he knows his job very well. We are so pleased with the service he provided us. He does a great job in explaining the problem to us Making sure that we all have a clear understanding as to what is the problem and how he is going to fix it. I took a chance on this company when I needed a plumber to fix a problem with getting Hot water out of my Bathroom Tub & Shower. Call The Bee came thru for me when I needed them. Nicholas was very professional & did the job well. If I have an issue with my plumbing, I would call these guys again.
